I don't know what to get my boyfriend for christmas !

Okay so me and my boyfriend have been dating for 3 days but we have known each other since I was 14 years old and I have no idea what to get the boy for Christmas . He is 25 if that helps any. I talked to his brother to see what he is into and he told me that he liked music and loved to read and liked sports but I don't have much money to spend either please consider i am on a $40.00 a week budget .

Why do people like to swim?

it's like taking a bath with a bunch of people you don't know. Disgusting. If you want to relax in some water why not fill up one of those small tubs in your backyard
not to mention you have to wear a pretty embarassing outfit in front of everyone. Doing the swimming unit in school and both boys and girls are there. Though at least those are your peers

I can't tell if my crush likes me

I'm so confused whether my crush likes me or not! I've searched dozens of websites and I'm still not so sure! So I'm going to explain how our relationship is right now.
1. He's really sweet and funny! Always making jokes and making me laugh all the time
2. We talk about the most randomness stuff ever and we're so comfortable with each other to talk about the most difficult subjects
3.We share food and drinks! Every time at lunch we trade drinks, share a cookie, etc.
4. IDK but I guess he's with me all the time and always wants to be with me
For example when the teacher made new seating arrangements he personally asked the teacher to sit right next to me!

My parents hate my boyfriend and won't let me see him?

I've known him for 5 months. He's an incredibly sweet, kind, caring, and genuine guy. He's older than me and lives far away. My parents don't care about the age difference but don't believe that he has a good enough job for someone of his age. They think that I can't possibly know him (because of the distance) and don't know what kind of family he comes from etc.
He's come to visit me multiple times since we met. These visits are really expensive because he has to get a hotel. If I were to visit him it would be a lot cheaper because I could stay at his apartment, or even at my friends apartment which is 45 mins away from his.
I'm 18 years old but am still dependent on my parents. They said that if I go visit ...

My friend from dance class introduced me to her stepbrother who I really got along with. We ended up going on a few dates together and then became a couple a few weeks after. All of his ex's have either been emotionally unstable or over weight or just horrible people so I feel like because i'm average weight and relatively normal im a bit of a novelty to him and thats why he's fallen so fast. i understand criticism now and i really cant stand it its very offensive i remember in 2003 when my stupid younger brother used to criticize my reading and call me stupid and boss me around like the little smartmouth he was but he has already passed away but saying things like puncutation is sort of calling someones grammer stupid which is really igroant to do some people do that becuase they wont expect that their grammer is great or becuase theyre stupid and wont admit it that makes me angry seriously you shouldnt do those things anyway how can you punish those who criticize you to make you feel bad so it might teach them a lesson .

I can't decide what job to pursue

I am 14 now I need to start deciding what I want to do in the futrure so I know what to a achieve the now. I can't decide between dentistry and directing. I have a lot of experience with directing with directing, writing and performing in 6 performances currently working on another, but the problem is, is that it is not the most stable job in the market but I am willing to work for it. Also because I live in Scotland I would need to move to either London or America to make a good living. Again this does not bother me too much. More the expenses. My other choice destistry is more stable but there is a lot of denstists with and without experience out there and it will be difficult to get into the business. There's an acquaintance of mine who has a fucking obsession with taking people's crushes/boyfriends/any boy that another girl is even just talking to away from them. For example, she would notice that I'm talking to a guy that I have even a casual crush on and then pounce on him right when she has the chance! And I'm getting sick of it! It's like an obsession with proving to the whole world that she could get any and every guy she wants. I think I should confront her with this for the 20th time, but I know this hasn't been effective, so I would like some ideas please? I just want her to stop.

My guy friend hugged me for the first time!?!

My guy friend from school invited me over to his birthday party. I had a great time and he was being very social to everyone, asking if 'we' (me and my 3 friends) were ok and having a good time.
Then it was time for me to leave. I told him I had a very good time and said thanks for inviting me! Then he said 'that's good' then out of the blue said, i'll give you a hug and well, we hugged. I was shocked and just said 'ok'.
I cant remember how the hug was because I was in total shock! And this was the first time he hugged me and his parents were there watching and they looked surprised too!
After the hug I looked at the ground and said 'That was a little awkward...' and he said 'Yeah it was, wasn't it?' ONLY BECAUSE HE HUG...

Sports- should I quit?

I am a level 8 gymnast and have done gymnastics for a while but i need to know- is it time for me to quit? Ive always been the last one in my group, but this year everyone moved up- BUT ME. Also, i seem to be prone to get mental blocks. I have periodically gotten and lost many skills over the years , and my coaches seem to hate me for it. They call me a coward, a wimp, and that I shouldnt be a gymnasts. Through the years, ive dealt with it but I dont know if i cant stand it! If i talk to my mom she says " just keep your head up!" But how can i if everyone keeps pushing me down?

Am I Supposed to Love My Adopted Son Like My Other Children?

Please don't think I'm a bad person. I know this is such an awful question to ask and I would never ask it if I was adopting a baby. I don't really see the difference between a baby you have and a baby you adopt, but imagine that you were adopting an older child. Like a pre-teen? I'm asking because that's the situation I may be in.
I want to love this kid more than my life. I want to take this child who has never been loved by anyone before and shower him with love. I want to love him so much that I would die for him without even having to think about it. However, what would it say about me to love him as much as my other kids who have been with me since I held their little naked bodies in my arms shortly after their births? ...

Me in this guy are both teenagers and we dated for a few days and them we had to break up because something SERIOUS happened then we got back together for about 3 weeks. we broke up. he was the sweetiest guy ever to me I really loved him and I could tell that he loved me. There is something that you can describe what you see in someone but the places they take you when you are with them are just magical. It's been a week now and I'm not really with another guy but he is comforting me with him. Signs of anxiety?

Is your hand tingling and back pain and LOADS of crying signs of anxiety? I do have anxiety, but these signs are driving me insane! I wake up an my heart rate is increased a little, (I am sick though. I have a cold and whatnot) I feel weak when I wake, and it takes a while to start feeling better. I'm also anemic. I'm on my period as well, and I've heard anemia can get worse with periods! Does it all sound normal, or not? I have been to the doctor and she said my heart sounded fine.

My question is, how do you know if you have had an orgasm?! Also how do you achieve this? All I know so far is that its not been pleasurable the few times that we have had sex-I mean we were both nervous.

Running tummy during menstrual period.

I started having my period about two days ago n it was ok. After about 5 hours i started to feel like i was going to throw up but then it passed after i took in some water. The next day, around 4am i threw up abt 2 times and started having runny tummy later in the day. I visited the washroom several times. I wanted to know if its normal to have this during a girls normal period?
