Undetectable HIV antibodies?

Please can somebody help me ive had unprotected sex anal and oral with male, its been 20 months all my tests came back negative, previously i had unprotected sex 4 years ago and i feel that i am getting latency hiv even thou tests came back negative, with it been so long could i of stoppef of producing antibodies from 4 years ago and thats why they can not detect them, think it could be aids can anybody help me.
Since 20 months ago ive had 12 hiv/hep c test duo elisa all negative but i want a pcr and rna test but doctor will not let me have one, i think my antibodies are undetectable help me please
