thinner thighs

Okay, so I actually quite like my legs, untill you get just over 3 quarters of the way up. I cannot stand my thighs! Are there any exercises that I can do so I can lose abit of weight on my thighs?

What works best for you in losing weight?

Well, here is my dilemna in a nutshell....
I'm in my thirties, and I'm going to be getting married in a few months, and I really want to drop some pounds before I do the dress shopping.
My troubling factors are that I am not able to do actual work outs or high impact aerobics, "because" I have had surgery on both feet and still live with lots of pain that does not allow me to be on my feet for a long period of time.
What do you think are some good weight-loss exercises that can be done without alot of foot action?!?!?
I know, tough one, but any advice will be helpful, I'm sure!!

calves

okk...im 14, and weight 132 lbs...and my calve muscles are so annoying,,,they are 14 inches....is there anyway that i can slim them down...i've been running for a month now and that has not been effective at all...
is there any exercises recomended to reduce inches on calves??

Diet- in need of one

I am female 5'1 17 and 112 lbs.
I recently went from 113 lb- 108 lb via the special k diet but I cheated and gained weight and ever since then my diet is al messed up. I need to get back to 108 lbs (or even lower) but I don't know how. I need a diet that will work fast and one that won't mess up my system so if I cheat once I won't
have gained almost all back.
Can someone help me with a full on diet plan?

Truth about toning

Ok so I heard that you have to alternate every other day. Like if I do crunches and butt today i can't do it tomorrow, i have to do like arms and legs tomorrow. Well I want to know if that's true. I am making it my goal to get into shape at home this winter. It is really a challenge for me to exercise because it's not my favorite pass time, but I really want to be in shape and stay that way and not keep yo yo-ing, so don't give me complicated stuff please. Here is what I am doing: I am doing about 20 min of ballet/gymnastic streches, 10 min of- ab crunches (moving up every workout in intervals of 10-20, i'm at about 75) butt crunches (4 sets of 8 on each side) girl push ups (I'm horrible at push ups right now so I can only do about 10 :P) a...

How to lose the "gut"

Hey. I'm 16/f and i'm not really fat, but i'm a little bigger. i guess i have what you'd call a gut. not really big, i mean it's hideable with jeans and stuff, but i know it's there and i really want to lose it. but whatever i do like sit ups or something, it only works my abs and not the lower section where i need to lose. any suggestions? like some good workout? i already eat healthy and everything, it's just whatever workout i do never seems to help. thanks!

ok so i was watching tv the other day and there was the 'ab circle pro' and i was reading a few reviews online and the majority of them said that it was poor quality. does anyone here have one? what do you think of it.
and i was also looking at a thing on the internet that said if you stick a broom or something over your shoulders and turn your abs without moving your hips helps alot.
has anyone tried that and thought that it worked?
and lastly, what are some other types of workouts that are easy and work well to get toned abs.
sit ups hurt my back alot so i dont really want to be doing them. but i will if i have to.

oh and next year i might be joining a trampolining club so that would work too wouldnt it?

hips/thighs/legs

So i want to loose my leg weights i want to have nice legs, and i hate the curves i geuss there called on your legs i just like my legs to be straight up with a little curve to them so my question is how to make my hips smaller?
I am 13 about 5,5 or 5,6 i weigh sadly 148:(
And i have stretch marks on my thighs the so frekin ugly and i hate them how do you get rid of thoughs ugly ass things:(

loosing weight

so im 15 years old, 5'10 & weigh around 165. im not FAT nor chubby. its more of a self hate for my body. i am big boned, so i have big hips, so i have a lil bit of love handles, HATE IT. and a little pooch. i would LOVE to loose like 30 lbs. i hate my arms, my thighs, stomach, back, and hips. i want to have a tight body and for my thighs to not touch, but i doubt my thighs will ever thin out. but i was wondering what do i eat? i know you should eat 3 meals a day. i just dont understand what i can have without having to cook loads of food. im more of a quick snack person, im basiculy just lazy. what are some good meals that will fill me up also what are some snacks? im 15 years old, 5'1- & weigh about 164. i am a runway, print,& commerical model. and i need to loose a lot of weight, fast. so i cant really stop eating, its just not going to happen, i cannot eat healthy. what exercises should i do to help me loose weight? and how many times a week for how long a day?

Stretch Marks

I'm only 17 and I have these awful stretch marks on my hips and I have no idea why. And I also have a dark skin color, so they show up really well. I want to be able to wear a regular bikini when I go to the beach this summer. I've always had to wear the ones with shorts, but I don't like them so much now. Is there any way I can get rid of them, or make them less visible? Please help!

gain weight?

I'm skinny. I have a good body shape.I want to gain weight but its so hard....i can't....i just don't have much of an appetite. I don't starve myself, i do eat, but not too much. I want to know how I can gain. In the past I have forced myself to eat more often, I end up gaining weight after a while, but then I just fall back into my normal state and lose it all. I don't know what do do! I'm 5"2 105. I want to gain five more pounds and be more lean....like a little muscle...does anyone know an easy way to do this?

I'm a 14 year old girl and i weigh 131 ibs, im also 5'1. I'm not fat, i'm just a bit chunky and i also have an athletic body. I just want to how many pounds would I lose if i dont eat for 2 whole weeks while jogging 1-2 miles everyday.

college diet

hey so i'm 19..a sophomore in college and i'm having trouble with working out every day & eating healthy because of all the work i have. I go to the gym every day during most weeks, but not during the weekend usually. i always get hungry after dinner even if i eat a bigger dinner. i don't usually eat a big breakfast or lunch, but i feel like i am just gaining weight. i'm not happy with the way i look and i need to stay on track with some sort of diet. it's hard with the dining halls and the food in our room. please help! i need some suggestions of diet/exercise plans to do! thank you
