Research has shown that eating 6 smallll meals a day can do wonders for your body weight. Basically, your digestive system continues burning the food all throughout the day so theres no "downtime". Now.. You've often heard about the seafood diet, but thats a tad much I think. Personally, I'm dieting as well, I'm 5'8, 135 pounds. My diet mainly consists of tunafish, mixed nuts, sandwiches, fruits, carrots (god I love carrots), and occasionally grilled chicken. (NOT FRIED!). Anyway, its working for me, I dropped 5 pounds recently. Oh, and try and throw in just a little cardio. Do a few jumping jacks here and there, it'll help to keep your digestive system running in top shape. I wish you the best of luck! Take care. ^_^ [ Corez3r0's advice column | Ask Corez3r0 A Question ]
