ok so i was watching tv the other day and there was the 'ab circle pro' and i was reading a few reviews online and the majority of them said that it was poor quality. does anyone here have one? what do you think of it.
and i was also looking at a thing on the internet that said if you stick a broom or something over your shoulders and turn your abs without moving your hips helps alot.
has anyone tried that and thought that it worked?
and lastly, what are some other types of workouts that are easy and work well to get toned abs.
sit ups hurt my back alot so i dont really want to be doing them. but i will if i have to.
thanks.
oh and next year i might be joining a trampolining club so that would work too wouldnt it?

If you have fat on your stomach, you won't see any results no matter how many crunches you do. You need cardio to burn off the fat. Running, walking, dancing, just switch it up and have fun! Using a trampoline is deffinitely cardio.
A strong core is really important and it's great that you're ready to put in the effort.
