loosing weight, 15 yrs old im 15 years old, 5'1- & weigh about 164. i am a runway, print,& commerical model. and i need to loose a lot of weight, fast. so i cant really stop eating, its just not going to happen, i cannot eat healthy. what exercises should i do to help me loose weight? and how many times a week for how long a day?

the way you lose weight is too burn more calories then you eat a day. either way if you wanna lose weight you'll have to watch how many calories you eat (recomended on average around 1,000 a day) also do alot of cardio to lose the weight like running, walking, or jogging. once you lose some work on your muscles to make your muscles tighter and slimmer. cruches, push ups, etc really help:) good luck i know you can do it. ]
Power-walking or running everyday helps. Also gym workouts and eating healthy also helps. Just commit to those and you will see a fabulous result. ]
