So i want to loose my leg weights i want to have nice legs, and i hate the curves i geuss there called on your legs i just like my legs to be straight up with a little curve to them so my question is how to make my hips smaller?
I am 13 about 5,5 or 5,6 i weigh sadly 148:(
And i have stretch marks on my thighs the so frekin ugly and i hate them how do you get rid of thoughs ugly ass things:(

But most likely, It is just your body build. You have to think about it, you are 5'5 and since you are a little thicker for that height, it is probably your natural body build. Girl I know people my age that weigh WAY more than 148. I'm pretty skinny, but i have stretch marks on my hips. I have no clue why....Buuuuuuut I can give you some tips. Of course exercise, but use exercises that are solely for the purpose of getting rid of leg and thigh fat. Jumping jacks of course and throw in some crunches. Eat healthier! Lots of vegetables, especially the green ones. Some people don't like to workout because they are stuck on the tv, if you want to watch tv, workout during the show :] Do this for a couple of weeks and you should at least lose 1-3 or 4 pounds a week or every two weeks if you do this right.
