She always complains to me about how she gets teased for it and it bothers her. Well I could give you advice on how to make them smaller, but truthfully there isn't really anything to can significantly make your genetic makeup and muscle composition change. Most people have the opposite problem of trying to build their calves. I have that problem. I have had straight legs without calves my whole life and have worked really hard to increase the size of my calves. As you get older you will realize having strong beautifully muscular calves is a blessing rather than something you want to change about yourself. You can wear heals and your legs will look awesome! Plus you look athletic and sexy in workout clothes! Don't try to change something about yourself because people pressure you or tell you isn't good enough. I'm 22 and have been through all the middle school and highschool bullcrap people tell you either out of jealousy or purely because they want to make you feel bad about yourself. Don't let these people win. Also, at your age don't worry about your weight...at 14 you should be enjoying your friends, family, and things that matter:). None of this will matter when you are older and aren't around these people that make you feel like you aren't good enough:) <3 [ sftblla1313's advice column | Ask sftblla1313 A Question ]
