Anyone know of a website that...

I'm 18, and wil vote in the upcoming election. I understand that it's important to be educated on what each candidate stands for and everything, so I need help finding this out. I've Googled it, but there are SO many websites and none of them really "sum up" each cadidate, they only compare them. So anyone know of a good website where I can read summaries of what they stand for and all that?

where do they inject the gardasil shot?

My parents are thinking about letting me get the Gardasil shot to prevent cervical cancer, for my health. But I was wondering where they give the injection? Is it on your arm or what? It's kind of a dumb question but the form we got about Gardasil made me think that I would get it somewhere else and i wasn't sure. Please let me know.

public speaking

I never really had a problem with public speaking, only the typical slight nervousness before i would go up and speak. But lately ive been having real problems with going up infront of a group of people and speaking. the last three times i did it, i started sweating, and feeling fain, very similarly to an anxiety attack. Now im becoming anxious that next time i public speak this is going to happen again. Is their anything i can do to be less nervous?

so my ex and i were together for a year and half. and we broke up like 2 months ago. i am soo ready to just move on, but it seems like there's no one there that likes me, or wants to be with me. What should i do? i really want to just move on and forget about my ex. but i just need somebody to move onto.

So, there's this guy that I've liked for about a year or so and mostly everyone in my grade (9th) knows because of my blabber-mouthed ex-friends...
I really want to go to the dance with someone, so I would very much like to ask him.
Problem is, he's ALWAYS around his friends (the preps) and he's extremely shy. I don't think he's going out with anyone right now, however, but I don't know how to ask him without it seeming overly obvious because, as I said before, he's ALWAYS around his friends.
We're friends on myspace, but we don't usually talk a lot inside or outside of school - would it be alright to send him a message, asking him if he wants to go to the dance with me?

okay i have many many problems, too many to type out on here. but i have two major problems that i need to fix. im sixteen, female by the way.
numero uno: my weight and losing weight the healthy way.
heres the story, i used to be average weight, not skinny, but not "fat". i was fine with myself, and i used to be able to eat anything i wanted. i know that as i got older, my metabolism slowed down yadda yadda, and i gained some weight. im not fat, im just lazy. im normal weight for my height and age, but im not happy with it. im about 5'3 and roughly a little more than 120 pounds.

Well i will start off by saying i am never this shy around girls, but I have a huge crush on this girl at my campus library, she is always there studying. my best friend and love of my life wants to join the marines wen he gets out of high school. he is into all the dangerous stuff n im so scared that something will happen to him. i want to be happy for him and i support him in his decision but i really dont want him to go. can anyone give some help on how to get through this because im having a really difficult time with it and ive even cried about it. and i dont want to tell my boy about it because i want him to know i support him in everything he does.i just dont want anything to happen to him but i always see how many marines die on the news and stuff. thank you for the help!!!!

Farting noise =/

Whenever I have sex over a long period of time, say two hours, there always comes a point when the guy spreads my legs apart, and I make a horrible, loud farting noise. But I'm not actually farting... it's coming from my vagina. Like there's trapped air or something... I would really appreciate it if somebody could tell me why this happens, and if there is anything that I could do to prevent it. It gets a bit embarrasing after a while to say the least...

Okay so I am 4'11" and I'm about 115 pounds or so.. I know I'm not fat, so don't get me wrong, and I know I'm not like a twig either. But I just would like to be in better shape, so what are some good exercises? Atleast once a week I run three miles, and I try to eat healthy. But any tips? (:

Okay so this guy and I had been best friends for a year or two. We decided to date. Then one day out of the blue he broke up with me. I finally got over it and moved on. Now I am dating my best (guy) friend's brother. He's the best. Like my true love. =] It's just that my ex told me he still likes me. I told him I was in love with my boyfriend, but he just won't give up. It's been like this for THREE months. What do I do? He makes my life horrible sometimes and he makes my boyfriend really mad. It's getting better now....but he still likes me and he won't stop telling me things that I don't want to hear. What do you think?
