I read the other day in our health book, the best vitamins to use would be Vitamin A & C.

Not sure if you want to know the exact vitamins or just want to improve your health.

Omega 3 Fatty Acids. (fish oil supplement pills)

You need all kinds of vitamins and minerals for mental health in moderation.

Just pop in a Centrum daily and get eat many vegetables and fruits in different colors for good nutrition. (a rainbow of veggies and fruits)
