Question Posted Monday October 6 2008, 3:40 pm

Okay so I am 4'11" and I'm about 115 pounds or so.. I know I'm not fat, so don't get me wrong, and I know I'm not like a twig either. But I just would like to be in better shape, so what are some good exercises? Atleast once a week I run three miles, and I try to eat healthy. But any tips? (:

My best guess it to keep running, maybe join track at your school, (if you go to one.) or get involved in a sport. this is a great way to get and stay in shape or you could do push up, crunches, or just rent some exercise tapes and go to town.
