halloween costume using striped socks

i want a costume that uses these striped socks/knee-highs (can be any color other than black too)

also,i dont want to get my costume anywehre,i want to put it together. any ideas on what outfit [HALLOWEENISH] would look good with any striped socks/knee highs like those?

You could be a bumblebee if you can get yellow and black. Get a yellow striped top with a black skirt, and some antennae and fairy wings.

If you would be willing to do colors like black and purple knee highs like that (or other colors, purple was just an example) you could be a fairy?
A "dark fairy" (haha).
But you could do it all yourself. Even the wings.
All you need to do is get an interesting black dress.
The socks. The shoes, etc.

witch (duh, lol), but you could probably put "punk" at the beginning of any costume and make it work. Party city has cute "punk winged" costumes (graveyard fairy, etc.) that would go perfectly. also, rag-doll costumes (with red and white ones). highlighter colored ones could go pretty good with a hippie-type costume. you could be creative. i recommend party city though. it may spark some creativity. good luck. :)
