do i need to see a psychologist?

hey alright well lately it seems like im super self conscious about EVERYTHING i say and do. im kind of hard on myself, to the point where i analyze every word, every motion, every tone in my voice to make sure i sound.. i guess "socially correct", or "cool" would be the word.
even with text messages, it can take me 5 minutes to decide how to say a one or two word answer. every character is crucial.
so you can imagine how lost i am when it comes to real-time conversations. instead of sounding confident i stutter sometimes and other times i cant think about what i want to say.
when i remember every time i "mess up" i cringe...it feels terrible inside

people at school always say how posh i speak etc and then imitate me its so annying especially when i am talking to a guy or something they get put off and stuff, i dont no how to get them to shut up, iv even tryed talking more comman haaaa its just becasue i pronounce my words properly!!???

my parents arer constantly lectruing me all the time which casues me to swear and be reallr yrude and then they wil go on even more and say how i dont apprieciate anything and my dad says he tells everyone what im like its really getting to me now are argue with my parents every day without fail i really cant stand it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

im 18 and my boyfriend lives in a different state. he always come to visit me. my last class is on wednesday (im in college)
i want to visit him this weekend and im taking the bus bc my car cant make it up there (its old)

Im 15. This summer I got my heartbroken . My first love of a year and 3 months broke up with me on June 1st , It's been the longest 4 months of my life! stressful senior year

im going threw a whole lot of shit right now in my life im 18f senior in high school . i live with my mom still but lately her ways and her rules are getting to me (shes a bit abusive )and im overwhelmed with school work.my boyfriend who is 20 is a great guy i enjoy being around him he always makes me happy but im not sure if i can have him in my life right and im a virgin that is not planning on having sex now he knows im a virgin his not a virgin im afraid that i might have sex with him too early just for comfort.but i dont think i can deal with all that in my life right now should i break it off with him.

okay, so there is this guy, i just met him a couple weeks ago. and he goes to my new school (just moved). he's REALLY sweet and is soo nice. and we have a lot of things in common. maybe like 3 things so far that are different about us. we can usually relate to each other. breakthrough bleeding

I got my period september 21st, and have had it since then.
it stopped september 28th (Sunday) and on that following Thursday I missed 2 days of my birth control, I take Lutera, so I took 3 pills. Starting that day I got my period again, full blown. It wasn't spotting, it's heavy. I'm scared, I can't go to the doctor bc my mom doesn't know I'm on the pill, and I work past the hours for the free clinic around my house. Should I stop my birth control? Or continue taking it so that my hormones can get even again?
My boobs have deflated, I went down a whole cup size. That never happens, in fact the birth control makes them larger. And I have no sexual desire anymore - while usually It's pretty strong with ...

I'm in band, and so is the guy I like; we're in the same section and we're both section leaders so we are around each other a lot. He jokes around a lot with me, and he talks to me a lot. But I don't know if he is interested. He has my number but we don't talk much, we text on occasion, only really if it's about something important. It's hard to tell because he's really outgoing around his friends but I think he might be shy around girls. He's never had a girlfriend, but he's still pretty cute. How would I be able to tell if he likes me back?

There's a guy that I've liked for awhile... ever since like 7th grade actually, and I'm a junior now. Well, since we've been in high school, he and I have gotten closer, mostly because we're in the same group of friends now because his friend asked me out last year but we broke up after three months (it was a happy ending though :)) So I'm curious, would it be a bad thing for me to try and start something with the guy I like because he's so close with my ex?

k...... so, 1 of my friends asked this guy out 4 me, and he said, "i dont know" so then, a week later, my other friend asked him, and he said, "i dont know, maybe"
so, i looked maybe up in the dictionary, and it said possibly. i looked up possibly, and it said presicely, yes or no.
i asked his sister the next day, and she said that she thought it meant yes...... and i dont know what 2 do about this........
i wrote him a note that said, ""will you go out with me? circle, yes or no."" im giving it 2 him in 2 days.. is that a bad idea??? --HELP ME PLZ!!!!!--

ok i have no idea what to do for it. The project is im supposed to write a modern pilgrimage in the same style as chaucer
like use lots of irony and make the characters kinda take the modern role of the ones in the canteberry tales. It can be to any place that people would go to today, like i know someone whos making theirs a trip to the shore
so basically if you have any ideas on where they should go, and ten characters to put in it, then please let me know.. asap!!! its due tomorrow and i havent even started... YIKES!
