What is a good program for converting m4a and wma to mp3?

you might now have an iPod but iTunes does that for you if you have a m4a or a wma file that you want to turn to mp3 file and if you do have a iPod and you want a video file to turn into a iPod compatible video i would use Videora iPod Converter it's fast and easy to use

GoldWave is a fantastic professional tool for converting almost any audio file into any other audio file, as well as having a host of other functions. It's served me very well for the past few years.
