you might now have an iPod but iTunes does that for you if you have a m4a or a wma file that you want to turn to mp3 file and if you do have a iPod and you want a video file to turn into a iPod compatible video i would use Videora iPod Converter it's fast and easy to use

first off if you read this i just wanna thank you =)
okay this is probably normal..but i always get sexual attractions for my boyfriend and when we make out and stuff i always get extremely wet...i think thats good? however, im so afraid to have sex even though i definetly know we're not gonna for awhile...so is it normal to have sexual attractions yet not wanting to have sex?
also, when alot of people make out the hands move...he kinda just puts his arms around me and they stay there basically the whole time...does that mean anything? i tried moving his hands and he goes with where i move them to but then they just stay there and i want him to know that its okay for him to move them..without tellnig him that, so how do i drop little hints?
btw, hes told me that hes never been this crazy about a girl before but we havent said "i love you" yet because we both feel its too early in the relationship to decide yet...

yes it is normal that you have sexual attractions even though you don't want to have sex yet it's fine and for the hands thing A) he's just not one to move his hands when you two make out or B) he's scared that you might not like it and you will think he's moving to fast try taking his hand and holing it next time or when you two start making out start huging him and do what you want him to do to you

i've done so many of thoughs for my friends and i've done my own it's not that bad on a 1-10 it's only about a 3-4 just enough to feel it so not to bad and it only hurts for about 20 mins if but if your going to do it to yourself you need to make sure that the everything is clean and been sprayed with peroxide to make sure but it's going to be sore for like a week or so but thats only a 1 out of 10 maybe 2 have fun =D
