Okay I wasnt really sure what category to put this question in, but whatever. I want to get my ear pierced like at the top of my ear, where raven symone has hers, but Im afraid it's going to hurt, but what I want to know is: Will it hurt, and for how long

i had mines pierced a few yrs ago yes it hurted & the soreness never went away i just ended up taking them out. i hope this helps you!

Everyone has a different pain tolerance..
Getting my ear pierced around there was about a 2.
It was quick and simple and hasn't caused me pain since.
However!... on my other ear (right), it hurt more and didn't seem to settle down after 2 months - so I removed it.

i've done so many of thoughs for my friends and i've done my own it's not that bad on a 1-10 it's only about a 3-4 just enough to feel it so not to bad and it only hurts for about 20 mins if but if your going to do it to yourself you need to make sure that the everything is clean and been sprayed with peroxide to make sure but it's going to be sore for like a week or so but thats only a 1 out of 10 maybe 2 have fun =D
