I know this is a crazy title but anywayz, I need to know what can I do to tighten up my thighs, I have like "big thighs" and there shaky LOL! so I want to know what kinds of exercises can I do to tighten them, and also what kind of exercises can I do to flatten my stomach like Cassie's or Beyonce's Lol thanks
For your abs I would do some crunches and hold a plank position for atleast 30 seconds at a time to work your core. You can also do a pilates move and lie on the ground, lift your head, neck, and your shoulders off the ground while keeping lower back flat. Lift your feet a couple inches off the ground and hold it. You can pulse your feet or do a bicycle motion.
Every work out needs cardio, so you could run around the block, jump rope, etc.

Jog, Run, Power Walk, and Squats would definitely tone you thigh muscles.
If you're the type that's not so into the "getting on the floor" technique, you could also take some dance classes that focuses on the Hispanic Culture. Those dances are really fun, and would get your entire body into the best shape ever!
