Tmobile online ringtone

Ok so my tzones is currently not working and hasnt been for awhile. I called them and they said that tzones is down and not working. I really want a new ringtone but i cant find one anywhere. I need to know if there are good heavy metal hifi ringtones on tmobile.com I cant think of anything that actully comes up and all i really want is a good heavy metal ringtone. Any suggestions on what they have or what to look up?

Im 18/f and my ex boyfriend is 19/m i put a restraining order on him last year because he was threatening me and it was just horrible. Then somebody told me something happened to him so i was stupid and made the biggest mistake of my life and decided to IM him on AIM. Jazz song in the movie "Click"

In the movie "Click" with Adam Sandler, there is a scene where his son Ben is getting married. Right before the band sings "Linger" by the Cranberries, there is a jazz song sung by a man. I can't remember any lyrics to the song to find it on youtube! Does anyone know what this Jazz song is?
p.s. There are only like 10 seconds of the Jazz song in the movie, if you don't know its name, the lyrics would be fantastic. You guys ROCK!

Grad Dress

Hi,
I am a 17f. I am graduating this year (Yay!) and for grad, I am hoping to make my own dress. I have made dresses/clothing before and so I really want to make my grad dress. I want one that is red, sort of tight fitting at the top with poofy layers of fabric on the bottom. I love details, eyelets, laces, strings, accessories! If you know of a dress pattern or just a dress in general (It doesn't have to be red) that is fun, flirty, flowy, and cute... please share :D Thanks!

How to work out?

I go to the gym about 3x a week for an hour each time. I do about 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical, and roam around for 30 minutes doing 20reps on random machines at random weights. Does anyone have any actual gym routines that have helped them tone up? (I don't want to pay for a trainer, I don't have that kind of money.)
I've recently cut out sodas and fast food, so I'm hoping for some results in the future. But I feel like I get no where whenever I go to the gym. Any advice is welcome. 17, female, 130lbs.

Hey im a freshmen cheerleader. i hate it so much. i honestly do not want to finish the season the only thing i can think of is getting hurt so i can sit out. i no that scounds bad but i hate cheer that much, What are some things i can do to hurt myself where it doesnt hurt that much but i can not participate in cheer. thankyou.

Okay so I was in an amazing relationship with this guy Kris and it was total bliss but at the end of the summer I kinda broke it off since I felt like it was just a summer fling or whatever. Well, in my numerous other questions I stated that I liked my band drum major. Discouraging interview.

The economy is horrible. I have put in atleast 20 applacations in the past three weeks at local retail stores in my area. Imagine my suprise when just this past Saturday one actually calls to set up and interview. The interview was suppose to be for 2:00 pm today. I woke up at nine am to begin getting ready and preparing for the interview. I NEED this job! Being a single mom with no income at the moment is killing me. You could not imagine the hardships I have went through for the past month of being unemployed. (I was laid off at my previous job and was unable to draw unemployment.) this kid really really likes me, i kinda like him.
but the problem is i dont wanna be made fun of with him because hes not really the best lookin of kid. and i dont know. i might not like him cuz of this. i dont know what i think! give me some advice to cheer me up! and just get over that fact. im looking at his personality, not his outer appearance.

spider bites?

okay so my lower back has 5 itchy, big bumps on it, underneath my arm there's 5 more, there's 1 on my shoulder, 1 on my leg, and 2 more on the same arm where there's 5 except on the top not underneath. so all together i have 14 swollen itchy bumps and i think they might be spider bites but i don't know for sure and i don't know where they came from they just appeared in like the last 2 or 3 nights, i haven't spent time outside recently at all, and even when i was outside for a little i'm fully clothed in those areas cause it's getting cold out. is it possible there's a spider that keeps coming from out of nowhere and biting me when i'm sleeping? is there anything else it could be? could they not be bites at all but be something dangerous? i...

Picture Retakes

Last year I took my senior picture and it came out really bad, i looked really fat and wore all black which also looked really bad. I'm kind of fat anyway so I know i'll look fat no matter what in the picture but are there any ways to lessen it a little? are there ways to kind of avoid the double chin? what should I wear?

one of my counslers died!

I go to a mental health counsling center every day from monday throgh Friday and I get up and go all day long and stay at that center until 2:00 and one of the counslers their died and i've only been going there for about 4 months now so I didn't really know her all that well but it's really hard on the other clients that are there how can I help them deal with there loss and feel better during this time of pain?
