Does anyone have any tricks or tips for getting fit and staying fit without running? especially anything that can make your bum erm.. not as big? preferably something you can do at home. :)

I wanna loose like 25-30 lbs Before September. Cause every year in Gym we get weighed which i hate! About how long will it take to loose this weight doing it the proper way?

okay.. so im 16/f... and i weigh like 160.. ick i know... so here is the questions part.. so next august is when i have to take my senior pictures.. and i want to lose weight before then. i want to lose about 50-55 pounds.. so my question is how long will it take to lose like 50 pounds.. and what are the best ways of doing it. thanks in advance.

I really want to gain weight, but the right way.
I don't want to sit all day and eat cheeseburgers to gain weight. And I wanna gain 15 pounds by august 26th. Any thing I can eat that is good for me that I could gain weight off of. Or any like things i could do.

mkay. i'm trying to lose weight over the summer. like 10-15 pounds. and what im trying to do everydayis eat a salad for lunch not too much crap for dinner and a 90 calorie chewy bar for breakfast or 100calorie yogurt for breakfast. and then everyday im trying to do a lot of situps and 50 pushups and im trying to go for a bike ride everyday. now its rly hard for me to do all this. the situps/pushups i can do; the bike ride i cant do a lot because i travel so much in the summer and the eating right is SO hard for me because i love to eat but im rly trying..is there anything else you can suggest for me to do to lose weight this summer and it has to be something i can do anywhere (even out of the country; however when i go to spain there is a g...

I have really fat calves, and im really self concious about them. My calves are probibly half fat, half muscle. Everything else on my body is slim except for my calves. So I was wondering if there are any excercises I can do to slim my calves down. Anything at all will help. Thank you SO much.

14/f. i've checked my BMI on many sites and some sites say that i'm underweight and some say that i'm normal. My BMI is around 17. but i still have some fat around my lower stomach. is it still safe to do crunches and exercise to try to lose that fat? i'm 14, 5'3" and i weight about 98 pounds. but my stomach is still buldgie. what can i do? without becoming underweight?

do you get the same workout by using a gazelle for 30 minutes as using a treadmill for 30 minutes? or does one burn more calories then the other?

well im 14 and want to get physically fit this summer. its not that im over weight. actually im underweight and dont want to do anything that will make me loose weight or cost me money.
are there and at home things u can do to get your legs stronger and your arms stronger. i cant even do a push up.
i'll rate 5's.

What is a good starting point for running? i'm 14/f and i want to start running about 3-4 times a week. what is a good starting point? like 1/2 mile or 1 mile? or should i just stick to time like 20 minutes or 30 minutes?
oh and is it better to run in the morning (like between 10 and 11) or at night (like between 6:30 and 7:30)

a long time ago, i think i read some sort of health article that said that when people work out their abdominal area, it stunts your growth. does anyone know that for sure? i've stopped working out my stomach because i'm already fairly short but i wanted to be sure.

i want to lose extra fat from my lower stomach and upper thighs because the rest of my body is pretty toned except for those areas and it drives me crazyyy. lol so i figures i could on my tredmill about 3-5 days a week and ate a little healthier it would help (along with daily activity). k so 3 questions. 1 do you think that would work..2 about how long should i run on the tredmill..and 3 what type of foods should i eat(specifically)

well i'm being told that just doing a bunch of ab exercises will not eliminate the extra fat i have on my lower stomach. i'm being told that i have to do some kind of cardio too, like running. i've always wanted to start running in the mornings or in the evening (like 7:00), but i'm too embarrassed to. i'm 14/f and the only people that run in my neighborhood are adults. i think it is really embarrassing to be the only teen running. and when i do go running i feel really unconfortable doing it. are there any other cardio workouts i can do inside? i really want a treadmill but my mom wont get one. i also have DDR, but it really hurts my feet and i get bored doing it after like 10 minutes so that isn't helping.

ok..
so im only 16.. im about 5'7".. 140 lbs
and my breasts are already an overflowing size of 36D.
im pretty sure that they arent gonna grow anymore.. but i love looking at cute bathing suits.. and it SUCKS that i cant even find any that are the right fit for my bust! Guys always stare and it makes me self coonscience.. because i am always thinking that guys are only talking to me.. and think im pretty because of them...also.. girls think that theyre jealous.. but they really arent.. because i dont see how you could want boobs THIS big.!
Any comments?!

hello in 14/f and the thing is that i want to lose some weight off my thighs. like, im totally fine iwht my body except for the fact that my inner thighs are a little blubbery. im 5'7" i weigh 120 lbs and i dance regularly, but i just cant seem to get it off. could you please recommend some exercises or something i could do to fix this problem? id like to lose it by the end of the summer

well im trying to find a good quick diet to go on to loose about 10-13 pounds especially in my stomach and a little in my thighs basically i want to loss weight and tone up..i have no access to a gym but i do have a treadmill and so i was wondering is there a quick healthy food diet i can go on..by the way i am 15/female my height is about 5'3" i weigh about 138
and do you guys know any good exersises to get rid of the fat in the stomach...thanx sooo much in advance
