Weight Watchers is pretty much the only program that really does work, as long as you stick to it.

well i can't be much of a help because i never did weight watchers, but my best friend did weight watchers and she benefitted from it. She lost weight and she learned what to look for on the nutrition fact label of the food to see how much of it she should eat of it, or whether or not she should eat it at all.
I suggest you try it =], i know my friend liked it and it worked for her.
hope i helped =]
