okay i used to be kind of chunkie but i've lost it all by running and the only thing i can't get rid of is my side handles. its so agervating.
what else can i do? anything specific for the side handles and butt?
and whats the special k challeng(spg?) about?

Maybe give some free advice about: Nutrition? xosweetiepiexo answered Thursday July 6 2006, 10:37 am: what you can do is, lay on your back, lift up your left leg 45 degrees, bring your head off the ground, and then take your right arm and reach up towards your left leg, and do this how ever many times you want. Then switch legs, so that your right leg is in the air, and then use your left arm to reach for your right leg. This should take care of the side handles, i learned it in 6th grade in gym.
For your butt, you can do squats. you can also lay on your stomach, and move your one of your legs up and down for how ever many times you want, and then switch legs.
