treadmill vs. gazelle

do you get the same workout by using a gazelle for 30 minutes as using a treadmill for 30 minutes? or does one burn more calories then the other?

It depends how hard you're working out. Using a gazelle at a moderate pace will burn about 224 calories in 30 minutes. Running 6 mph(10 minute mile) for 30 minutes burns 298 calories. I found this at [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

it depends on a lot of things, like your speed, or the incline of the treadmill, etc. However, instead of sticking to one, I'd recommend alternating between the two, to prevent boredom, and tiring out the same old muscles.
