okay for your legs: you can do lunges on each leg, run up and down your stairs, run in place during commericals on the tv, and for your calves go up and down on your tippy toes (trust me it sounds stupid but it works and it hurts a little)

for your arms: try doing the plank its when you get in the push-up position but rest on your elbows..this also works your abs so a bonus lol

Yep but they may be painful, do bridges (Remain in the push up position but keep your elbow to hands on the ground supporting your weight with only that part of the arm and your feet, and hold it for ATLEAST 30 seconds. Jump as high as you can for about 15 times. Jump Rope helps a whole lot. Start with a minute than work your way up. Don't limit yourself on how long to do things.

as for your upper body, if you can't do a push up, then just hold yourself up in push up position and time yourself. Do a few sets and make the time longer each time. For your legs, I'd walk or jog, then when you are done, do some lunges or wall sits or squats. This will REALLY tone your legs. The trick is to do them right after cardio, it works better. Wall sits are my preference because they're easy to do, you can watch TV while you do it! good luck this summer, and maybe if it works out for you, don't quit when summer ends, make it a habit and you'll always look and feel great!

Walking is a great way to get fit and tone leg muscles. Walk around the block, up and down stairs, cycle, use an exercise bike, tredmill.. it's also great for the heart.
If you arent used to doing push ups and sit ups, start by doing 10 for the first week every day. 2 weeks later or so, build it up gradually to 15 or 20. You will soon get the hang of it.
If you need more for the arms, get 2 bags of sugar and use them as weights to tone those biceps!
Do some aerobics. Not only will it keep you healthy, it's great fun! Get your mates to do it with you.
