Calves I have really fat calves, and im really self concious about them. My calves are probibly half fat, half muscle. Everything else on my body is slim except for my calves. So I was wondering if there are any excercises I can do to slim my calves down. Anything at all will help. Thank you SO much.

Some people just have this problem. This might help. Stand on a stair step with about half of your foot off of the stair, so your heels are in midair. You should be facing up the stairs. let your body sink down. Then tighten your calves and your body should go up. Then sink back down... and do it, say, twenty times. Do three sets and see how you are feeling. Hope I helped! ]
stand on your feet and then like move to your tipotes like your trying to get taller do about 100 of those each day they worked wonders for me.
