I would buy a pilaties tape that focuses on the hips and thighs. Pilaties is an exercise simmilar to yoga and I lovee it! You shoult go to your local gym and work out on the leg machines.

So basically you wanna get rid of the fat, so you have to strengthen your muscles. Biking gives you really good thigh muscles..not just like biking around. There are a lot of bike trails everywhere. You can gather some friends or go with your family and go biking on them. Use a mountain bike where you can adjust the gears. Put the gear on the highest or close to the highest so it really gives your legs a workout. Also, try Pulsing Squats. Basically you stand up straight and spread your legs so they line up with your shoulders. you can hold your hands in front of you in you want. Then you squat down as if you were going to sit in a chair..lean in a little bit and make sure your thighs are parallel to the ground. Then raise your butt about 4 inches and hold it for 5 seconds..then lower back to the first position. It works on your muscles a lot. Good Luck

I googled it.

Here are some excercises to tone your thighs. Its pretty much the most effective way to get rid of the fat in that area.

Try Riding your bike, that tightens your muscles. Or google thigh exercises on google.
