There are several things that a person could do in order to keep fit, such as:

1- you could go to the gym and do some fitness exercises without running
2- There are some electronic machines that can be bought and you can use them at your own home, and they actually do help
3- You could consult a doctor to make you a healthy plan for food, with foods from the four groups, and try not to eat alot of junk food
4- you could go for long walks with a friend or a family member or even alone, just to keep fit, but you don't have to run.

I don't know if you can make your butt samller. But try pilates. They're kind of expensive, but work if you keep up with it.
