I wanna loose like 25-30 lbs Before September. Cause every year in Gym we get weighed which i hate! About how long will it take to loose this weight doing it the proper way?
CavieOwnsU2 answered Friday July 7 2006, 6:41 pm: You can run, swim, bike, jog, or otherwise just get moving. Eat healthily, but do not starve yourself. 1. If you don't eat, you die eventually. 2. If you start eating again, you get bigger than you were before because your body wants to store the fat. Someone else suggested drinking alot of water, which does help because it "flushes out your system" (to quote my best friend) aka it makes you go to the bathroom. Simple things like reaching for a piece of fruit instead of a chocolate bar, cutting down the proportions of food, and fitting in at least 30 minutes of excercise every day. The simple equation is eating less calories+burning more calories=lossing weight. Oh and eating smaller meals, more frequently helps because it jumps starts your motabolism. I know exactly what your going through. I am trying to lose weight and be fit to play sport too. So if you want advice, then there are some methods that can be done and will help you;
1- Try to exercise everymorning when you wake up
2- Run the track everyday
3- Go for long walks
4- Consult a doctor to make you a healthy food plan containing only the 4 food groups
5- Quit Junk food
6- When you feel really hungry, just drink alot of water
7- There are those electronic machines that can be bought and used at home for fitness and losing weight.
8- Last but not least, you could do with some
pilates

Bluebell78 answered Friday July 7 2006, 8:44 am: if your hard worker then you should accomplish your goal. yeah i feel you. im getting into shape for soccer and thats alot of work too. anyways. try running ALOT!! go to the park and jog around it or just go jogging. abbs-25 crunches. legs- running,walking,leg lift. arms-punches. you know you can run up and down the stairs for about 10 times. if you dont have weights, i was watching a special and they said use like detergent bottles that are kind of heavy lifting them with the liquid in them or you can use orangec or something. jumping jacks about 30. run in place as fast as you can. drink WATER! eat healthy foods. NO JUNK FOOD!! buy salad and good dressing eat healthy fruit, make a little pasta, healthy bars like healthy K bars or Nature Valley bars something that is good for you. you dont have to give up everything just get things that are more heathier. you can also but this drink its called crystral light and you can take those with you if you go jogging. tip- when you talk on the phone walk around a little bit. thats good too. you can make up your rotuine too. if you dont get enough info you can look this stuff up too. google it or whatever. ok i hope i helped and good luck!!
