If you do not know what a bridge is , than its when you get almost in the push up position but you have your elbow to your hands on the ground in the push up positon and hold it. ASKBRANDY_ADVICE answered Thursday July 6 2006, 4:26 pm: Hi my name is brandy and i had great abs but for the past few months i have been eating alot and it seemed like they went away so heres what you do:
-do not change the way you eat this will only make it worst(trust me).
-while doing sit-ups suck your stomache in because if your stomache is normal like loose it will expand so make sure your stomache is in.
-dont over work yourself you should only do about 10-20 a day until you get the results you want.
i did all of those things and my abs look better than they did before.
tasuki answered Thursday July 6 2006, 3:50 pm: Take up bellydance. I recently got into it, it's very fun and a great workout. I reccommend getting a tape or DVD that teaches you how.
