I am so nervous. A couple of days weeks ago this cute guy started to like me and then we started to go out. So far we have only kissed on the lips, and that was very easy. However the other day he started to try and kiss with his tongue. I had no clue what to do so I acted like I had to go. But I know the next time I see him hes going to want to do the same thing again. And I wasn't to! I just don't know how to. Can you help?

Hey! I'm a fifteen year old girl, sophomore. Okay well the thing, I have this thing where I get really uncomfortable with people man handling me... Haha I'm around 5'5 and I wiegh a little over a hundred pounds (106?) so I'm not big and I'm not strong. ok so i have this best friend, well i don't even know if i can call her that anymore...we've been best friends for two years, and like any normal set of best friends we've had our fair share of fights. The last year has been running pretty smoothly and we we're inseparable. Ive known this guy since 6th gradee, and we have dated since then, a little affer last Christmas we were dating&i ended up screwing up andd left him for someone else which was a mistake. We finally started talking these past few weeks or so andd seeing&talking to him made me miss and want him back so much more, but unfortuantley he's dating someone now. i'm a 18 year old girl and I am having some problems.. does anyone have any advice on how i get get over bad memories?? they arent my mistakes.. its just bad things like parents fighting, breakups, bad grade etc.
I realized that i'm always in such a bad/sad mood and i always find my self thinking about past memories that make me sad or put me in a bad mood.. sometimes i even feel anxiety. my chest beats really fast and i feel nervous and my stomach aches.. i don't know what to do.. i feel like i can't breathe.
does anyone have any advice for me? please..

Well, I live in a town of maybe 10,000, which by some standards is small, but my folks are looking to move to a town that's in the hundreds when it comes to population.... That's a big jump.
I'm a 16 year old girl, born and raised in the "country" part of the city, but I've always been half and half. My friends are city, my family is country. I'm like a hybrid. And because of that, I don't have a clue how life will be for me in what some have called "red neck paradise."
I speak kinda country and own old, hand-me-down plaid s...

National Guard, son.

Hello. Hope y'all are well. This question is aimed for experienced personelles {Don't want to leave more confused than I am now}:
Well I want to enlist in the National Guard; however, I would like to fist go to college(perhaps a paramedic or flight school). How do I go about this? Would I enlist in the Guard first then enroll in college? Or vise versa? And will the Guard help pay my tuition? -- I inderstand I can do these two things at once I just don't know what steps to take to get where I want to be.

This summer I went on a diet and lost 40 pounds. I ate healthy and exercised. I'm not eating a ton of junk food or anything now and i havent gained any weight back but i'm not losing weight anymore either. Everyday I tell myself I'm going to start my diet back but I never do it. I weigh 146 and I really want to lose just 25 pounds.How do I get back on my diet?

Which is more accurate: a dial bathroom scale or one of those manual doctor's office scales?
My bathroom scale is always 5 pounds under what the scale at the doctor's office shows I weigh. I'd prefer if my bathroom scale were more accurate, but is it really?

Are dial scales accurate? I have a dial scale and my weight goes up and down all day everyday. When I get on doctors scales my weight is different, but they always way me with my shoes on. One time I went to the doctor and the said I weighed 151, then I went to another doctor and they said I weighed 149, but my scale at home always goes from 142 to 146 to 148 everyday and its been doing that for a long time. What scales are accurate and how much do they cost?

i have been on birth control for 1 in half years i think and i stoped taking it i got my period a week a go and now its back i hear its normal to get it a week after you stop taking it and i was wondering if it last the whole week. i hate having my period but i had to pay for my own birth control and i know this is a bad idea considering i am sexually active but half of the reason i was on it is because of my period but i think it would be normal. my way of not getting pregnant would not having sex at all because it would just be a bad situation if i did get pregnant.

ok so the thing is i'm 14yrs old and i still have not gotten my period. yes i do get white stuff in my under wear i have since grade 7 and i'm in grade 9 . and i do get cramps sometimes. but yesterday at around 7 oclock i though i was just really hungrey so i ate alot but nothing this had a tummy ache and a head ache. then my older sister told me i was probly getting my perod. she said she sespected ot cuz of my mood swings.so i went to bed with a pad on and woke up with the same problem. but still noo blood. them my mom gave me a pill the calm my tummy down. but what i happening to me?? is it my period?? or am i sick or what??

ok so the thing is i'm 14 yrs old and i dont have my perriod yet. but i do get the white stuff in my underwear i have since i was 12 . but yestersay i had a really bad head ache and cramps i have gotten cramps b4 but not this bad and it contiuned till the morning i still have them now. everyone is telling me i'm gunna get my period. but no blood?! HELP!

I know everyone is just going to say "eat!" but that's not what I need people to be telling me. I think I need serious help. I haven't been "starving" myself yet but I have begun to try to limit myself to only eating once a day to lose weight. I know that starving yourself is bad for u obviously but I'm so desperate at this point that I don't even care anymore. I'm not overweight I dontthink but I hate the way I look. I'm 5'8 and 120lbs. I can't look at myself in the mirror without wanting to cry and have found myself browsing through pro anorexia websites and pictures. I have nobody to talk to about this! What do I do?

ok. I'll just tell the story. There's this guy in my health class, and everyday he would always look at me. Not just in health, either. In the hallway(s), and in lunch. Also, in health he would always give me these weird/cute/adorable faces. They were so cute! My boyfriend said he didn't trust me when I got my phone taken away.. He thought I didn't get it taken away because I texted my guy best friend right when I got it back..
