im 14 and i get stressed out a lot i get stressed because i have an aunt who is 17 DAYS older then me and always saying shes the boss beating me up and i have tons of bruising from her and we always fight. i also want to know if there is a way for her to leave me alone? oh and she always had to be right if shes not she will hit me even when she knows she is wrong. and when she stresses me out i want to walk around so i dont have to be in the house with her. but my mom says no. i do live in a safe town too so nothing will happen i will always have my cell phone on me too. so can any one help me with my 2 questions.

i am a very hard worker,i study very hard,i practice n practice the things,even then during the exam i get nervous,i cannot even recall the important formulas which i would have used many times,revised many times,when this happens i feel very nervous,my heartbeat suddenly becomes fast,i get some sort of vomiting feeling,i am not able to know why the things i used to practice almost daily ,are not even rememred my me during the exam..n after the exam i come to know that this formula would have been used there n this thing i remember by myself only after the exam...sorry i am an indian,if there are any grammatical errors.bt please help me...my result is not good because of this..

My Boyfriend doesn't want to go to my Prom

This coming school year will be my senior year. My boyfriend graduated this past school year. We live in two different states and have just recently been allowed to visit each other. Last school year we agreed that due to the fact that I couldn't go to my junior prom with him that I wouldn't go and since it was his senior year he could decide whether or not he wanted to go. He decided that he wasn't going to go and promised that we would go to MY senior prom together. Now, with senior year approaching he has said flat out that he doesn't want to go to my senior prom, because he "wasn't allowed" to go to his. I really want to go but I have no idea how to convince him?

Hello, I am 17yr/male and I am looking to stay lean and also gain some muscle. I am currently 5'6" and about 125lbs. Since I am at a healthy weight, I would like to maintain this but I also want to gain some muscle as I am a tad scrawny and I heard strengthening muscles is important for teens. What I am looking for is someone qualified (through profession or experience)to give me an exact schedule that I can follow (and repeat weekly) to maintain my weight (cardio, running, treadmill, etc) and also gain muscle (arms, chest, abs, legs, back,, shoulders, etc). All I can find online when I search this is those insane body building sites telling me to pump iron and take supplements-that is not at all what I am looking for. I am looking for...

There is something in my mind that always wants me to want attention.
I used to cut myself, and in a way that was my way of craving attention from friends etc. I have stopped that now, but I'll say something that causes attention to myself and put something in a sentence that will obviously cause attention to myself.
How can I stop craving this type of attention? Basically I can say I don't think before I speak.

Having trouble getting to sleep

I have the worst time trying to fall asleep.
It's been worse over the summer but even before I just couldn't fall asleep and it'd take me an hour or 2.
I think it started my sophomore year where I couldn't fall asleep. I'm going into my senior year and it's still bothering me. I mean it wasn't every night because I did have some good nights where it'd only take me 20 or 30 min to fall asleep.
I was thinking maybe I was making it into a habit. So I just tried going to bed at 10 or 11 but wouldn't fall asleep till like 12 or 1. I had to wake up at 5:30 for school but my body was used to the hours I slept so it didn't affect my grades or anything.

Considerig not having my photo done my senior year

So I'm thinking about not even being in the yearbook this year.
This upcoming year will be my senior year and I'm supposed to get my senior portrait done in the next 8 days or else it won't be in the yearbook.
The problem is my school only allows photos to be done by a company that is insanely expensive considering that they aren't very good at what they do.
The last 3 years the same company has done my schools photos and when you look in the yearbook 90% of the photos look like crap. There's at least 50 photos in our yearbook where people have their eyes closed. How pathetic right?
I called the company earlier and their cheapest offer was $80 for one photo!
