millie96 answered Friday July 22 2011, 5:17 pm: Okay, one of the reason many girls can't menstruate is because they are way too skinny. When you are too skinny, your body can't produce what is needed to have a period. When you don't have a period you can't have babies. Talk to a doctor about this. Xui answered Friday July 22 2011, 3:15 pm: You really should make an appointment with your gynecologist, It is very uncommon to not have your period by age 21. ( If I'm understanding your correctly)
If you haven't received a period this month, Then you should take a home pregnancy test within 7-14 days after intercourse. To receive a more accurate result take 2 instead of one. Delayed periods can be caused from stress, depression, poor dieting and exercise, Illness etc. As long as you get your period once a month you should be fine. If the test are negative and you haven't received it by early next month then schedule an appointment with your doctor. [ Xui's advice column | Ask Xui A Question ]
Missa8305 answered Friday July 22 2011, 3:13 pm: Have you been to the OBGYN yet? I know you haven't started your period yet, and that's when most people go... But I've heard that when you turn eighteen you should start making annual appointments. Not only that, a doctor will have a better chance of being able to tell you with certainty what is going on.
