Water and Rice diet, is it good for him?

My better half has decided to go on an unusual and strict diet of water and rice. He is 34 years old and around 14-15 stone but would like to be 12 stone.
He works 5 days a week at a local mini supermarket but all he does is have water until tea time when he has one bowl of rice.
It was day one yesterday and the result was he lost 3lb but had no energy during or after work and was feeling faint.
I personally don't think it is good for him health wise and it has already began to affect our communication as he is very quite and a little touchy.
Is there any better diets out there for him that involve him eating more but without putting any weight on?
After work he usually works out upstairs with weights and general stretching.

Boyfriend has a gambling problem

My boyfriend just admitted to having a gambling problem. I am proud of him for taking the first step by admitting he has a problem and also having himself personally banned from the casinos anywhere in the province we live in. However, we now have no money for food, rent, or bills. I'm debating on whether or not I should tell my parents and ask them for a little bit of money just so we can get some food to tide us over until next payday, but I have a strong feeling that my mom will tell me to leave him and I don't think that's what he needs right now. I want to help him with this! I don't think my dad would be as judgemental, but he doesn't want me to say anything to them...please help! I'm sad, lost and confused! =( Also, what else can I personally do to help him through this?

Where can a browse all video games released for the Wii and Gamecube?
All the website I've checked just listed about five pages of video games and clearly there are a lot more than five pages.
I need this so I can add games to my Christmas list.

Hey thar everybody! I've always wanted to learn an instrument, and my dad's always wanted to teach me. I've always loved the piano but I was never terribly interested until I heard one of the most beautiful versions of Space Oddity to enter my ears, played on the piano. [Of course it couldn't compare to Bowie's, but back to the point.] Is it hard to learn piano? There's a piano at my house, and my dad can teach me. Everyone in my family says I have the fingers for it. Should I? Any tips? All answers are much appreciated, thank you!

How to get your computer to stop remembering certain usernames/passwords?
I went to Tools->Internet Options->Browsing History->Delete->Delete Passwords, and it is still remembering my passwords.
Then I went to: tools>internet options> content tab> Autocomplete: settings >
uncheck passwords
Then I deleted cookies but my computer is still remembering passwords.
How do I fix it?

Well......There is this guy me and him are Best Friends even after we went out. He is a year younger than me but we diceied to give it a shot. We went out for like a week we wouldnt do anything like hold hands or kiss that kind of stuff because my cousis were down and they were ALWAYS around us. smell of feces

I shower daily and use soap down there. When I go the bathroom and I have bowel movements, I wipe very well and make sure everything is clean.
After I shower, even if I dont use the bathroom, an hour later my 'crack' will smell like feces, and so does my thong in that area. Its not like everyone can smell it around me, but Im sexually active and Im selfconscious about it. Anytime before my boyfriend and I get intimate I feel like I have to wash with soap and water back there.
Is this normal? What do I do?

Hey there!
I am a girl 17, single and very happy.
I am in love with changing my hair, I love cutting it and coloring it, I've had my hair every color you can name, well anyways, I had my hair blue and pink and purple about 2 weeks ago, well I had a job interview and I dyed it all this demi permanent black by n'rage well to keep it sweet and short, I hate my hair now, it's too normal, and it's starting to fade into this grey greenish color and my roots are green!! My friends little sister is 15 i look at her as my sister, she is obseced about this 20 year old guy. He thinks shes cute and all but doesnt want anything with a 15 year old. So I have this new boyfriend and things are great.
I was talking to my guy friend who I was sorta involved with before and we got into this argument because he hates the fact that I have a new boyfriend and stuff. It got to the point where he was telling me he cares about me more than any guy I date. This guy always pushed me to do more with him all the time, but I never wanted to have sex. I'm not entirely sure where to begin. I'm a guy and I'm bisexual. There's a good start. I knew I was, well probably forever. Just the whole facing-reality part was taking a while. I'm now sure of how I feel and who I am. My question is how do I tell my family? My Mother is semi-understanding. She works at a college with many gay people. I've never dressed up for halloween in all my years of high school but I would like to. Other than short shorts, I'm pretty modest.No cat or police costume please because in all my years there have been way too many girls dressing as that.
I would love to look great but some that I looked up were like $70? SO expensive for something I wear once a year and can't really wear again next year!
