How do I get my daughter to play on her own?

My daughter is almost 5 and she has a hard time entertaining herself so I can get dressed for the day or do work around the house. She has a lot of toys but rarely plays with most of them and wants to either watch t.v. or follow us around. It drives me crazy and my husband too, because she comes in our room when we tell her not to. I've threatened to throw out her toys, but it does no good. When we get angry she just laughs at us. We tried closing her up in her room but she just pounds on the door and screams that she is scared. We are expecting another child and we are afraid her behaivior is going to just get worse when the baby comes. She does not behave like this for other family that watches her. Anyone got any advice? I have written a few short stories and I think they are pretty good<not bragging> and I think they could be full stories if I had more detail. Do you think I could use them as playwrites?

My Mom doesn't like when i watch like MTV cuz she sez there is always junk on. like and she wants me to lead such a sheltered life. Like she thinks i don't know anything about like sex and drugs and stuff. i'm 12 wut should i do?

ok .. if u have never had sex but u use tampons everytime u ahve ur period.. will ur cherry still pop if u have sex? or did it pop already from the tampon usage..? im really confused and thats my biggest fear .. and i really wanna have sex with my boyfriend already.. weve been together for about 5-6 months.. so yea .. please answer asap =) thanks<3!!

i dance alot (about 12 hours a week) .. does this have anything to do with my not having my period yet because of heavy exercise?? that's what my friend said and i want to know if it's true

My best guy friend wanted to kill himself. At least thats what he told me. He said it was because a girl didnt like him. He said that no one cared and that he had already tried before. It really worried me and I told him that I cared. As I was walking to the bus, it really hit me what he had said. When I got on the bus I realized that i liked him as more than a friend. The problem is, the next day he acted as if nothing happened. I'm not sure if he was telling the truth about wanting to kill himself. I'm only 13 but I have liked him for over 5 months. My question is ...........

Surrounded by friends, but she has none of her own, shes in a crowded room, but feels so alone.
Late one night she was lying in her bed, tear drops falling, thoughts running through her head.
Her hopes and dreams and she cried until she could no more.
Home she could no longer stay, so she ran far away, she left her quiet home that night, she went down the street and out of sight.

I really really like this guy I'll call Mark, but he's going out with a different girl who I'll call Ruth. Ruth was at her cottage, and she called her best friend, and Mark was at her best friend's house! This is not the first time Mark did this, he cheated on a previous girlfriend with Ruth. The only problem is, how do I tell Ruth? She doesn't know, because her best friend lied and said it was her little brother.

Hey..
I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to stay fit and in shape. I have been lifting weights running swimming biking everyday..I would like to lose a few pounds even though for my age I am pretty skinny..It would just make me feel better about myself. I know not to overwork myself or anything like that..and I have been trying to eat healthier. Thanks..I appreciate it!

I made up a personage vividly in my head about a year ago. I know everything about him. When something goes wrong, this imaginary person appears in my mind. I haven't told anyone about him yet. His name is Elliot and I suddenly think of him everytime something bad happens. What does this mean? And no, I'm not putting the blame of things that I've done on an imaginary figure. I think he's causing the bad things (??)
