well i think i can help you on this one my mom is hawaiian so i would say that it works just as a reagular tannign gel because it is a reagular tanning gel ... instead of lotion it is a jel

If you're talking about what I think you're talking about then you rub it on and lay out in the sun for awhile, that's what you do for the spray on stuff, I'm guessing the gel is the same way?
