I really really am so scared . 16 years old and I don't have a trusted adult to talk to. Me and my boyfriend had sex for the first time(protected) but before that he didn't have a condom on and I was grinding on him , both of us were nude and he said the tip of his was resting on my pelvic bone . Well, my friend and I (I'll just call her T) went to a dance/disco thing on Friday night, and honestly, I knew that I was completely straight till then. I have no guys in my life when all my other friends and most girls my age do. I've never had a boyfriend and have never done anything sexual besides drunk kissing at parties if that even counts( no, I'm not gay!). I'm a bit overweight but not too much and not ugly, I'm told sometimes that I'm pretty and get compliments every so often. I usually attribute my issues with this to my looks, thinking I'm not pretty enough for guys to notice me. This may be part of the problem but I'm sure it has to do with shyness and low self-esteem too. I have a hard time coming out of my shell and I'm a very cautious, careful person. As much as I try I can't change this about me. and I don't think that wearing slutty outfits would make so much of a difference...

My boyfriend is a US Marine, therefore i barely see him. He was here for the past week, and we had sex up to 5 times every single day, extremely rough sex too. a week ago, my wife, N and i decided to adopt two female rats, R and T. i'm not sure how old they are, but i got them from petco. only after did i read somewhere where it said that petco rats are usually feeder rats. we got R two hours before deciding to buy T, and she seemed to be traumatized from being in a too-small cage with N and i just staring at her. she also bit me on the way home, and it bled a lot. eventually, we upgraded their surroundings to a rat's standards and bought everything we needed to keep a rat healthy, happy, and safe. now its a week later and our relationship with the rats is improving. Grinding my teeth during the day.

Hi, 24/f.
Just wondering if anyone has any ideas for home remedies/solutions for this issue: I grind my teeth.
Of course, I can't be like normal people and just wear a bite splint to bed to fix it, because I grind my teeth during the day. I'm often aware of myself doing it, and if I catch myself I stop for awhile, but I don't know how to get rid of this habit.
When I was little I used to grind/clench my teeth to the song I had stuck in my head to stop myself from humming out loud because I got picked on for singing. (I'm a singer, I grew up surrounded by music, so there's always something playing in my mind. Using real music instead doesn't help.)

hi, i know that sounds silly, how can you not know you are stressed, but i've never really been that stressed out before. i mean yeah sure school sucked sometimes and stuff, but i've always been pretty laid back, so i've never really dealt with stess or sadness before.
