hey, i dont know y but every since i turned 12 (im now 13) i have lost a lot of my self confidence. i think im pretty and all but i dunno sometimes i just wish i could change a lot of things about myself. ne ideas of how i can boost my self confidence back up?
Write two lists: things you like about you and things you dislike. now look at the dislike list and cross off the things you can change so you do like them. then cross off the things everyone has problems with. now look at the list of dislikes..it's not so long now is it? sure they'll be things that are still there and will always be there but it's much shorter than the list of things you *DO* like about yourself. Oh and one more thing, every morening, when you wake up, take a look in the mirror, give yourself a *BIG* smile and tell yourself that you're a beautiful young woman (you are a girl right?)hope i helped,

The only way you can *really* get traffic is to answer lotsa questions well. you *could* put: ask me questions to my column at the end of your answers but i did that and it sounds desperate, your best bet is to just be really cool and answer lotsa questions. ;) hope i helped.

People tend not to answer the good, important questions cause they're usually really long and take alotta thought. if you make them shorter and use the full word for everything (no abreviations) more people will want to answer them. hope that helped.

If you can't trust him, then yuo can't go out with him. trust is the base of a good relationship, without it, there's no point. please don't worry *too* much about him flirting though, cause it's natural and everyone does it, if he cheats on you though, that's different and you should dump him.

Oooo! i know your problem! i get it all the time but once you talk to them once it's so easy to do it again (kinda like kissing-lol) first you need to find out what they're into, like a sport or whatever then ask them a question about it (sounds crazy but it works!) say if they like a certain sport then ask him if he can explain a certain rule of it to you. you kinda just get chatting from there. don't worry about talking about certain things apart from that first time cause after that it's as easy as A..B..C! keep me posted! good luck!

My best friend does REALLY bad stuff. she has sex with guys that she barely knows, gets drunk all the time, sneaks out, and even got her innocent friends started in all this gay drama. im not like that tho and i dont want her to be. what do i say to her to let her know shes doing bad things because she wont listen to me.
You can't force your friend to do what's right, she has to learn that for herself but you can guide her. Talk to her about it as much as you can but don't force anything on her, just make sure she isn't getting into anything *too* bad (like hard drugs etc). If she can't listen and work out that she's harming herself then don't hang round her as much, you don't want to be dragged into it too. One day she'll realise she's making a big mistake, but until then, all you can do is try and get her to see that. keep me posted.

talk to her about it and ask her if she means to flirt with him, ask her nicely if she could make an effort to stop flirting with him.
then if she doesn't stop then you talk to her again.
if it *still* doesn't stop then you do plan z, you flirt with HER boyfriend!!! :D when she confronts you and asks what the heck you think you're doing you carefully explain to her that you did *try* to get her to stop flirting with jimmy but she wouldn't stop. yeah that should work!!!!!! lol
