when ever i try to listen to music on windows m player it says Windows Media Player cannot play the file because a network error occurred. The server might not be available. Verify that you are connected to the network and that your proxy settings are correct. what dooes this mean and how do i fix it

ughh mine did that too. okay when that pops up is there a link?? if there is click that & it'll take you to the help center thingy & you can fix it. if there isn't, then try reinstalling windows media player.

open up your email to a new msg & put in their address, cc, subject, w/e you want. then go to insert at the top & click on file attachment & insert it there. your file should be saved already & you can do that by recording the song & using save as.

i feel awful lately and i dont know why. i'm in 10th grade and have had a really awesome time up until about a month ago. Since then i get upset easier and i never know why i feel so i upset. I've had this great boyfriend for almost 4 months now, but he's pulling away, probably because i can never tell him why i'm in such a bad mood recently. today, he pulled me into his arms, and i started crying. i tried to hide it and he didnt say anything about it, but i'm pretty sure he got that i was upset. then i started crying during my math test but stopped myself before anyone noticed. now here i am, crying again. what's wrong with me?

hmm it seems like it's juss an emotional time for you. i'm in 10th grade too & i'm seeming to be more..emotional i guess & mood swingy. idk why either!! you juss have to pull yourself through it. stay with your bf. he can help you & you don't want to drive him away by you being in a bad mood. try staying in a good mood for him & think about the bad stuff at other times. he can help you out.

ok well, a few of my friends and ALOT of people in my school and some even carry around condoms in their purses and stuff. some of my friends havnt done it yet but claim to love their boyfriends so their thinking about doing it. they're afraid they'll get pregnat and stuff like that or they're boyfriends will leave them or something. they say that sex is the most wonderful gift you can give to someone. then why does EVERYONE these days have sex ALL THE TIME?!?!? and another thing why is it the best thing you can give someone? i mean really? i personally dont think its a big deal to be a virgin before your married i mean, whats the diffrence? ok ONE last question for you. i love my boyfriend too and i would consider having sex with him(depending on the answers above) but how would i bring the subject up with him? please answer and sorry for all the questions.

don't have sex. you're only 13. you might love your bf & all but the best thing to give someone isn't sex!! its love. thats ridiculous. sex is juss a pleasure & it's meant for people who are married er wanna have kids. not for teens in relationships. if you ask me, all the girls carrying around condoms are probably juss doing it for talk. i think if it came down to really having sex er not, they might not even do it. condoms aren't 100% effective & you probably already know that. you can get pregnant & that would be really bad for a hs student. you can't take care of a child. no matter how responsible you are. there's so many stds going around that it's ridiculous too. you should wait. what if you & your bf decide to juss be friends. you had sex with him & now you're juss friends?? do you think that's even worth it?? it's like a minute of pleasure & years of regret if something happens such as you get pregnant er get an STD. i don't mean to scare you but your virginity is something you don't get back. also it's a sin. idk if you have a religion er not. i think sex is a poor excuse of love when you're in hs. it's almost like you have sex with your bf/gf to show love..so does that mean you can't show it any other way?? is your relationship not strong enough?? if you want anything to do with that then i guess that's up to you so you juss have to talk to your bf about it & start up the conversation about condoms.

you juss have to talk to him about it & explain to him how you feel. if he doesn't do anything about it then he's probably not into you as a gf, but juss a friend. you shouldn't interfer with their relationship, but you do have a right to tell him how you feel about it.

so here is the dilema

i have liked this guy all year, pathetic i know, but i was crushing. we started talking and *flirting* alot. i melt when i see this guy, really my heart just skips a beat. he says im beautiful and such. he is absolutely gorgeous too, and that doesn't hurt. but he has a tendacy to hit on alot of girls, when he talks to me it is differant though... i dno.

my best guy friend, who i dno i just dnt see him as a bf, just told me how much he loves me. he told me he loves me so much, he left so many comments on ym myspacesaying "i know who you love, but i love you more then him" i told him that i liked the otheer guy and that wasnt going to change. he said ok. but he still reminds me how much he loves me everyday.

i dno what to do. i dnt know if my crush likes me like that. there is a chance, he does tell me that im beautiful and is differant around me then around other people. i really like this guy, but then again there is a guy who is my best friend and will treat me good. i could get my heart broken for my crush, or date a guy who i dnt see as sexully attractive. i cnt decide, and i dno what to do.

that's difficult but you have a choice to make because obviously you can't take both.

guy 1- this is your crush & he seems that he does take interest in you but he could also take interest in other girls. some girls er guys, however you look at it, want the chase & the excitement of falling for someone & flirting with them, etc etc. if you really do want to date him you have to find out how he feels & that means talking to him which could be embarrasing er make you nervous. it's fine though. you also have to realize that he might not have feelings for you & if he does & you guys date, juss know that he's not going to drop all those other girls juss because he has a gf. unless he really loves you & wants to but thats a different story. juss talk to him about it.

guy 2- wellp he is your best friend & he obviously cares a lot about you so you know he won't hurt you. if you honestly don't like him then you can't date him. that will juss hurt him more in the long run. also if you start liking him & juss go for it, you could hurt him & yourself & you probably don't want to ruin the friendship you guys have. talk it over with him & explain how you feel & how you want your friendship to stay strong. nothing is wrong with falling in love with your best friend though. my bf is my best friend & we're great so juss talk to both & sort out your feelings.

ok i have a friend who has a bf with herpes and he supposively hasnt had any breakouts for a while now and she gives him oral and she thinks shes not gonna get herpes because of him not having any breakouts...is that true?..if its not then i'll tell her to go get tested....im really worried about her

if you have sex, any kind of sex, with a partner that has herpes er any other STD, even if there isnt break outs you can still get it. i know its kind've weird but here's a website-

i was just wondering what people think of glasses. do you find them nerdy or attractive? i have to wear glasses fullo time and i am wondering if contacts are the way to go or should i wear glasses but i dont want to seem like a four eyes freak. any inputs are appreciated.

it definately depends on the person. next time you go to the eye doctor, you should take a friend with you & see if you guys wanna pick out a certain pair you look good in. another opinion will help. if you don't like them, because they do sometimes get annoying, then go for the contacts. i have contacts cus i play sports & i started getting migrains from wearing my glasses so much, because like you i need them all the time. so i wear contacts during the week & glasses on the weekend. basically if you want contacts, make sure you have a good pair of glasses too so you can go back & forth with it.

I'm sort of underweight..I weigh 95-100 pounds and I'm 5'2. But I'm happy with my weight, i dont want to gain any pounds. The only place I wanna gain weight is in my boobs, because they are really small. But everytime I try to eat a lot to gain weight, it all goes to my stomach and not at all to my boobs. It looks like my stomach sticks out more than my boobs do. How can I prevent this from happening, but still gain weight in my boobs? Thanks.

you can't like eat & expect the weight to go in your boobs. that doesn't happen & obviously it all basically goes to your stomach, legs, etc. its juss how your body works & you can't prevent it from happening. your boobs will probably still grow so i guess you juss gotta wait it out.

My math 10 teacher has been acting really strange around me. He came up to me the other day and said "my wife's maiden name is the same as yours". He also said I reminded him of his wife when she was younger, and said it in a kind of romantic (yuck) way. Another time he caught me and my friend writing notes, and then he came up to me, tried to read the note, and then said "oh it's a love letter to me". Another girl heard and thought he was joking, because she said "I highly doupt that sir". But I know he was being serious. I always catch him staring at me. One day he heard me say the F word. He told me to stay behind after class. Instead of giving me crap, he said "I'm really suprised at you, but I'm just going to give you a warning". He was talking seductively. I know he was enjoying having me all alone.
It feels really gross and wrong of him. I am only 15. He's like old enough to be my father. What should I do, and is he being inappropriate or am i overreacting?

whoa thats so weird. definately tell someone about it. i know you might not want to but i don't think your over reacting. tell your friends first & have them keep an eye on him with you. see if they can pick stuff out you cant er see the same things as you dont. don't tell an adult until your sure but if you ever feel threatened er violated then definately go to your parents er a counsler at school.

What is the difference between a sit-up and a crucnch? How do you do each one properly to get the most out of it? What different areas of the body do each one target? a sit up is where you bring your chest area all the way up to your knees & a crunch is like half & half. you juss pull your back up. here's a website-

i think they're both pretty effective. i prefer doing crunches because i think they're way easier. u should start slow like do 5 slow ones, increase your speed a bit & do 5 of those, & keep switching. when its slow its good because your working your muscles & it starts to burn which means its more effective.
