im a girl, my names alexa and im 13. ok well my ex best friend, we were best friends for 2 years and there was this boy named lets call him mitchel. he liked me & she convinced me to go out with him because she was going out with his best friends and she was like yeah we can go to all his hockey games together and everything i was like ok that sounds cool, so i went out with him. come halloween night, we got into a fight. its already a month and 3 weeks into the relationship. my former best friend gets mad at me for going out with him! so i was fighting with her and i ended up getting dumped and he asked her out! i ended up making up with him and we were friends again, but for some reason i cant make up with my ex best friend its so bad she fights with my new best friend and talks about how she doesnt live with her father cause hes on drugs and things, but so is her mother! but anyways now he likes me again and i thought i liked him - but i was wrong. but i told him i liked him! and he told my friends he was going to ask me out on christmas day. but i cant go out with him because i think im falling in love with this kid - lets call him steven, and i dont want to ruin my chances with him!!! what should i do please help me!

well i'm gonna pu this in bullets so i don't get confused.
*you don't have to go out with someone just because they like you and they asked you out. if he chose your friend instead of you, his GF, he needs to reassess his priorities. i would give it time...
*I don't know what your ex best friend said but that's messed up
* I've been in a situation like this...they couple broke up and i helped the guy...in one case, he did ask me out and all but he already hated the girl...the other guy didn't ask me out because this whole choosing one over the other is mostly the guy's decision.. not just the other girls' so don't go with 'mitchel'.
*i suggest having a heart to heart with this guy...get into his head!
*i know its hard before high school but try and avoid the whole thing all together... getting into a girl fight isn't gonna increase you chances of anything positive... let the guy find someone else to get involved with (you're 13...you've got time, trust me) and your ex best friend...avoid her and tell your new best friend not to take anything she says seriously.
*steven...don't get in too deep yet. let all the other stuff die down before you start something new.

well from what my friends have told me...you don't want spacers!
motrin is better/stronger than tylenol and it works better for me. eat some soft or cold stuff...make sure you eat if your taking motrin or its not good for you.

i am a freshman in high school and in the marching band. at the beginning of the school year i heard that this senior thought i was hot. about a week later he came up and talked to me, he said it was blown out of porportion but that he did think that i was pretty and that he wanted to get to know me. i never responded. but now i have a huge crush on him and i am scared to go up and ask him if he is still interested in getting to know me. i see him every day because we have band practice everyday after school. i just dont want to get involved with him and then he leaves for college. should i talk to him if so what should i say??

yes talk to him! if you kow he's interested then AT LEAST talk to him a little. you don't have to tell him you are dying to be his gf just be friendly and flirt. it'll happen...

I'm dating a good Christian boy.. it's been more than 2 months now. He's great in every way, however, all our convos are really "mushy" and "romantic" I guess I am pretty 'innocent' however, I sorta want to spice up our relationship a bit. We never talk 'kinky' or any of the sort. It might be because he's religious.. although that seems like a bit of an excuse. I'm just getting a bit bored, is all.

ok so this is really weird but i was actually in this situation with a not-so-christian boy. it's ot just that he is... its that he just hasn't. trust me, christian boys arent hard to loosen up their whole lives. so you wanna talk dirty... next time you are on the phone or something bring it up. talk late at night..that usually gets them going. BUT BEWARE: if he doesn't masturbate or doesn't want you to know about it (you've ben together 2 months...it's not something you talk about often.) you'll just get him horny and he'll pretty much have no choice and that could be sinning to him so you might wanna talk to him first.

ok does this sound cute to everyone? for christmas sunday just for church im wearing this black blouse with a red skirt it goes sort of to my ankles. Okay I LOVE to tap dance. But I have a sort of large body composition which does not look good in those short, tight clothes. What should I do? Do people like dancers with a little (Or a lot)of meat on their bones?

there are costumes that are more flattering (seriously, some of the costumes i've worn are terrible if you weigh more than 85 pounds! ick!) but it shouldn't matter as long as you like what you are doing. try ordering better fitting ones even if you have to go a size up or wear something under it (like a tummy/thigh slimmer)...that's what i had to do for a show.

ok so im doing my first audtition ever for a musical in school. i have to sing a portion of a song thats pretty medium paced. also i have to sing "do re mi fa... etc" do you have any tips that will help me do a better audition? oh yeah also i have to do a little speaking.. like not singing.

depends what kind of show it is. my directors LOVE comedy and anything funny in shows so i belted, did my scales, made them laugh the whole time and got a good part. some directors like seriousness so be ready for anything. don't be all tense...it's not worth it. make sure you are loose and have fun with it...no director wants to give a part to the shy girl that looks petrified on stage. for the speaking, read it over slightly while the other person is reading the other lines so its not reading from first sight. good luck! if you need anything else, let me know!

You guys are probably annoyed with the questions about Christmas presents, but I really need help. I have presents for everyone except my dad and I need some ideas! I can spend up to $30 and gosh, he's so hard to shop for. But I was wondering, what are you guys getting for your dad?

I'm not annoyed by it...i was in the same situation!! so i was at target and my dad isn't one of those sports fans or anything and i gave up on trying to find a shirt of some sort so i got him a $10 gift certificate. (it's basically his money anyway soo yeah.) that's just me tho.

What is the best foundation or press powder brand. i been having tons of trouble with my foundation stayin put andi hate reapplying it i just would like to be able to put it on an not have to look in the mirror every minute or something. Thanks alot in advance for people who help!

Is gatorade healthier/better than water?

gatorade has stuff you need after you lose energy (this is comming from my biology teacher) but if your just gonna sit on the couch and drink it thinking it will keep you healthy, you're wrong. water is better because your body has so much water/demand for water.

there's pretty much no way to tell. i've learned from experience...don't trust his friends! anyway, a lot of guys seem experienced but they're really not even if they're all cocky & all knowing. asking is the only somewhat sure way to find out.

i get those all the time (potassium...i just don't have it) what i do is put all my weight on that leg until it goes away. i know it sounds weird but if you lift it up too soon it killssss!

OK so im a 14 year old .. im pretty over weight. I'm like like a DD too, and im really self conscience about it. I also have a sweating problem, so w/e i wear i have huge stains under my arms. Im a tomboy .. but i still wanna wear jeans and a nice sweater sometimes! So, i dont think boys like me .. like at all. How can i look better and more cute, and feel more confident about myself?

hey hun! wear clothes that fit...not too baggy and not super tight. wear a different deoderant, apply more often of get a prescription one if its unmanagable. that would definately give you more confidence. it doesn't matter if the boys like you or not...true beauty s from within and if they can't see that, they don't deserve you.
