Muscle Spasm

I got a muscle spasm in my leg. >__< Is there anything I can do to make it stop hurting?

&hearts.. ohh i kno.. i had one in my neck before.. just run some hot water on it and if that doesnt work exercise.. the exercising willh urt at first but youll get used to it and then the spasm will stop hurtingg

i get those all the time (potassium...i just don't have it) what i do is put all my weight on that leg until it goes away. i know it sounds weird but if you lift it up too soon it killssss! <3

It depends on where the muscle is and if it is made worse by exercise. If it is a typical muscle spasm, the best way to get rid of it is just doing some simple stretching exercises. If it is a chronic thing that happens- you may not be getting a lot of calcium in your diet (people with less calcium often get muscle spasms). You may try that. If it is persisent you may need to get some muscle relaxors, which you would have to get from your physician.
