AKSherma answered Friday December 23 2005, 10:08 am: It depends on where the muscle is and if it is made worse by exercise. If it is a typical muscle spasm, the best way to get rid of it is just doing some simple stretching exercises. If it is a chronic thing that happens- you may not be getting a lot of calcium in your diet (people with less calcium often get muscle spasms). You may try that.
