How do I get rid of my writers' block?
Try:
1. Writing at a different time than you normally would- when you wake up or late at night.
2. Go out for a walk in a crowded area, and write down everything you see.
3. Try remembering your dreams, and writing down what happened.
4. Open a book at random and take an idea from the first sentence- do the same with photos in magazines and the pictures on cds in shops.
5. Go back to what you've already written and check through it. I do this sometimes and you can think of really good stuff you missed the first time.
6. Look up "The Writer's Block"- it's a book designed simply for providing inspiration. They sell it on Amazon.com

I need to get in shape for this summer-like so bad..I've tried almost everything.. and if you have aplan liek 100 crunches then do this liek that ill rate 5's
Spreading exercise out is often a good idea- for example if you're concentrating on yer abs, do 20 situps/crunches etc, but then repeat it 10 times over the course of a day. That means you can do a large number without tiring yourself quickly.

Weeeeeellll... one way would be to bombard a human test subject with genetic steriods, increasing his muscle mass exponetially. I'm sure you could stick turning green in there as well. Back to this ol's legal age thing in the US (Man, over here in England its 16, which solves some problems but creates more). Just cos' you go out with someone doesn't mean you have to do the deed, and if someone is willing to wait till your a) ready and b) legal, then perhaps that might demonstrate the maturity that you're looking for.

I got my ears pierced at Claires 8 weeks ago. My left ear lobe started hurting and bleeding a teeny bit and shedding skin from the back when i changed into my second pair of sensitive earrings. What's wrong with my ear?? Is it infected?? It's a teeny bit red withthat white thingy and when you squeeze it it hurts a teeny bit. What should I do? I RATE 5'S
Well any piercing will 'weep'- secrete a clear liquid as it tries to heal itself. It will also hurt a bit if you squeeze it. If it starts to secrete a coloured (usually yellowish white) pus then it is infected, the swelling should also have gone down by 8 weeks. Firstly clean it with a saline solution (boiled water with loadsa salt dissolved in it) then try not to touch it as your hands will have bacteria on them no matter how clean they are. If it keeps hurting, go see your doctor, but try not to change the earrings to much as this will irritate the piercing.

Well in terms of unhealthy, think about how young Juliet is when she gets married- she's only in her early teens, considered unhealthy by modern standards. Also, consider the fact that Romeo is meant to be madly in love with another woman before he even meets Juliet, so maybe he is in love with being in love, rather than with J. What is a fast way to get tan...like my mom said i she would get me a membership at a tanning bed but im scared ill get skin cancer...
Over here in Blighty you can get tanning accelerants (prolly cos we dont get that much sun). These are creams that when rubbed on the skin, stimulate the pigments in the skin caused by tanning, causing them to develop faster with less exposure to the sun. Look in a drug store or on the internet, and apparently they work wonders.

Well at ym B-ball practices i really play my hardest and act fun. But when I go to my games i freeze up and play like i dont know what im doing. The play offs are coming up and I dont wanna mess up my team. Im not stage fright or nervous. I just dont play right. Please help or give advice
Often you have to ease yourself in (i used to shoot hoops for my school and i had exactly the same problem). This may sound weird but ask a team mate to 'feed' you a little, to watch out for you on the court and set you up to score some points. Once you start scoring you might find it all comes easier- one good game can really loosen you up and make you play better.

Is Codeine bad for you if you take it when you don't need it, like if you take it just to get high or whatever? If it is bad, what does it do specifically that is harmful?

Yes, I realise that these questions are asked ad finitum, but mine is SLIGHTLY different, so please hear me out!
I'm having problems with spots but I have INCREDIBLY sensitive skin - concealer, spot sticks, even tea tree oil sets me off in huge rashes. I've tried all sorts of face wipes and washes, including Garnier, Clearasil, Clean and Clear, WitchHazel, and Skin:Naturals, but none of them seem to do anything much for me. Does anyone know of any more 'natural' or 'home' remedies that I could use and are suitable for sensitive skin? I'm talking about both the occasional spot and all over here. Thanks!! xxx
Dunno about the sensitive skin part, but a good way to combat bad skin is to drink lots of water- it'll re-hydrate you and hopefully clear the bad skin up. That also might help with your sensitive skin thing come to think of it, because it'll prevent you drying out so easily.

Ask yourself, 'is she likely to freak out if i have sex with him?' If she is, is it worth risking your friendship just to have sex, when you could wait? When you say 'cartilage' what bit do you mean? Cos any part of your ear other than the lobe will HURT LIKE A MOFO unless you get it professionally done. Its hard to do a good piercing when you're wincing and jerking your head all over the place.

okay i have a major problem
my school has the biggest clique system EVER....like you wouldn't believe how many cliques there are. Its such a big deal....and its really get on my nerves to the point where I can't concentrate on my school work and my grades are slipping. This is because I'm at the bottom of the pit I only have a few friends (1 or 2) but still I wish I had more and theres a certain group that I would like to make friends with and they seem nice but I'm soo shy and people say I'm one of the shyest girls in the grade and that I hardly speak. I know I should speak more but its hard for me and I think I have social anxiety. Please help as high school is starting next year and I don't know whether to switch schools or change my image at the school I am going to (the school I am at has the grades pre-k till 12th). Also my school is one of the best schools in the nation and that is another reason why I am having a tough time deciding whether to leave it simply because of the cliques. I heard someone call me a reject and a loser at school....and to be honest I am a reject, but I know I'm not a loser. Please help, thank you sooo much!!
Is every American High School like this? In England we don't really have a 'clique' system. Sure there's groups of common interest but nothing like this. So I'll try to give advice but i may be completely off. Could you not try to meet people out of school? Maybe join a gym or a sports club, or something you want to learn. That way you can meet people who aren't bothered by the whole clique thing and wont be a jerk just for the sake of their image.

Um... sorry if this sounds stupid but the word 'discharge' frightens me, and i wasnt sure what you meant. If you are on your period then he may wan't to think twice about performing oral sex- its not so nice and is really something for people who trust each other completely. If you aren't then its just one of those things. A lots of guys either don't mind or like it, and if your boyfriends wants to do it then don't put him off! And um... you cant really get rid of it. Its natures way of saying you're having a good time.
