Yes, I realise that these questions are asked ad finitum, but mine is SLIGHTLY different, so please hear me out!
I'm having problems with spots but I have INCREDIBLY sensitive skin - concealer, spot sticks, even tea tree oil sets me off in huge rashes. I've tried all sorts of face wipes and washes, including Garnier, Clearasil, Clean and Clear, WitchHazel, and Skin:Naturals, but none of them seem to do anything much for me. Does anyone know of any more 'natural' or 'home' remedies that I could use and are suitable for sensitive skin? I'm talking about both the occasional spot and all over here. Thanks!! xxx
CuTeBlOnDeXo answered Monday February 21 2005, 6:25 pm: Go see a dermatologist sweetie, dermatologist's are doctors that focus maily on your skin, I've been to one many times, they will find out what gives you a rash and perscribe special face wash for you. I know that this is not a home remedy but hey, I wouldnt want to take a chance with a home remedy. [ CuTeBlOnDeXo's advice column | Ask CuTeBlOnDeXo A Question ]

I don't know I hear my grandmother talk about it all the time because my brother has sensitive skin. But if I was you I would go to the doctor. The medicine will probably help you more than oatmeal.
Scribble answered Monday February 21 2005, 2:24 pm: Dunno about the sensitive skin part, but a good way to combat bad skin is to drink lots of water- it'll re-hydrate you and hopefully clear the bad skin up. That also might help with your sensitive skin thing come to think of it, because it'll prevent you drying out so easily. [ Scribble's advice column | Ask Scribble A Question ]
Karen answered Monday February 21 2005, 2:09 pm: Well, since you've tried everything and nothing has worked, I suggest that you go to a doctor who deals with sensitive skin and such. I'm pretty sure there aren't any "natural" or "home" remedies that you could use but if talk to someone who knows a lot about sensitive, I'm sure they can tell you what you should use.

Shortie8959 answered Monday February 21 2005, 2:02 pm: Hey! You should probably go see a doctor about it, but there's this stuff called Bare Minerals that's supposed to work REALLY well! I'm not sure if it's sold in stores, but I see comercials for it on TV all the time. Good luck!
Hope I helped!

IPIiINIkI_my_anti_drug answered Monday February 21 2005, 1:58 pm: Hey!! Well, this seems to be a problem the doctors could also help you with. Although they might not know about fashion and stuff you could ask them what to do and what to use. You can also go to any beauty supply store and ask them what to use.
