Oh and I was excellent at my games last year.. Maybe because I was the only one who could shoot basically. I was the point guard and almost always had the ball. I was counted on for shooting. I could shoot 3s easily and everyone just was happy for me. I felt good. Now I have no freaking clue what happened and Why I dont do good now. I practice alot on my own and do good. So please give advice.

I used to play basketball, but don't anymore. However, when I did play, it was easiest for me if I just imagined it was a regular practice or that it's not a game. Think about just playing, not about the score or the audience. The way it's sounding to me is that you play best alone, but you need to try playing with other people. If you play with more people, if you get the chance, you might get more comfortable on the court. Or try practicing on a court more, if you can.

I have the same problem sometimes. I'm good and everyone says I am but during some games its like its my first! Get into a your zone mood where you dont think about the audience and you dont pray for the shot to go in. Act like your at practice. Basketball is a very FUN sport but its what you make of it. Dont worry so much about who's watching you during the playoffs just play the game your best! good luck at the game! Hope you win!:)

Often you have to ease yourself in (i used to shoot hoops for my school and i had exactly the same problem). This may sound weird but ask a team mate to 'feed' you a little, to watch out for you on the court and set you up to score some points. Once you start scoring you might find it all comes easier- one good game can really loosen you up and make you play better.

When you're at a game, just try as hard as you do at practice. Maybe even pretending you are at practice could help. Maybe you try too hard at the games.
