Passionflower384 answered Tuesday March 22 2005, 4:06 pm: its only really healthy to loose about 2-3 pounds a week so if you loose more than that your loosing muscle, not fat. For eating right you should only eat when your truley hungry, like when your stomach is grownling and stop eating when your full.Eat lost of fruit and veggies. It also helps to have a healthy snack inbetween meals like an appl or an orange. You should make one day a week where you can eat whatever you want, like a chocolate bar or a sundae, so you dont feel deprived. For exercise, you should do something that is fun as well as being a good workout, for example a dance workout video, or arobics. Hope ive helped!

Scribble answered Tuesday March 22 2005, 3:40 pm: Spreading exercise out is often a good idea- for example if you're concentrating on yer abs, do 20 situps/crunches etc, but then repeat it 10 times over the course of a day. That means you can do a large number without tiring yourself quickly. [ Scribble's advice column | Ask Scribble A Question ]
