There is this person on here that keeps harassing me beacause of my user name. I've explained to him/her that it's just a username but s/he mail me again to antoganize more. THis is an advice collumn and I'm getting mails in my inbox every day from the same person who never leaves his/her name. I'm getting annoyed, whoever it is they are not asking for advice. What should I do?

Everyone said I'm immature for my age. I don't think i'm THAT immature .. it's just like the way I act. I act the way I do to amuse people, and people think im like soo funny and everything .. I don't wanna stop being how I am because being funny is what I do, but I still want people to stop callen me immature.

Wow. I am totally and utterly exactly like you. My friends find me quite funny and random but yeah, sometimes I admit I do act immature. What you have to do, is make sure you're being funny at the right times. I mean, you have to know when to stop. Sure, act funny and ignore the comments but make sure you're not that way all the time. A joker isn't funny when they're like that at all times. Know when a joke's gone far enough and learn to stop.

Just be there for her. It's no use telling her things will be ok cause right now, she probably wont believe a word you say. Just make sure you're there for her and include her in stuff and don't be insensitive. That's all she needs.

I wouldn't worry. Almost everyone looks at porn at some point. Especially boys. It's all part of growing up and figuring out your sexuality. It's perfectly okay for him to look at porn and love you at the same time.

Okay, i'm freshman and i like this guy who's a junior. he's really nice and seems flawless except for one thing. He's a huge pot-head. You can tell when he's high and he's always making an *ss of himself when he is. Should i forget him or give him a chance? I rate...
The chances are that once you get involved with this guy then a) you'll find it hard to get out of it and b) you yourself might get into drugs too. You could give him a chance, yeah, but people who are addicted to stuff find it really hard to give up. No matter what it is, nail biting or drugs. If you take a chance and get it together with this dude, then you might get dragged down with him. Ultimately, you have to do what your heart tells you. It sounds stupid but it's true. If you really think that you could make things work with him then go for it but you have to be prepared for there to be trouble.

Ok. It's hard to answer that as you haven't given me much detail to work on but I'll try. What was the argument about? If it was something quite big then maybe she needs more time to cool off. Sometimes these things take time you know? Leave it for a little while then try apologising again. If she still wont listen, then leave it some more and try another time. If she STILL wont be your friend again then forget about it and make new friends. She wont be worth the effort. These things usually smooth out, time is a great healer. I'm sure things will be fine soon.

i am in 9th grade. which college is best. penn state, michigan state, florida state,california state,or st. vincent? i rate all well.
Well I don't live in America so I really don't know how good any of the colleges are out there but I do have advice. No one really knows which is best cause no one has been a student at all of them. Think about each college and what it has to offer, what kind of college do you need? Does one specilise in something? Is there a certain subject that you are studying that one college will be better at than others? How big do you want the college to be? How far are you willing to travel? Also, ask around your friends, where are they going? Can they reccomend any of them? Make a list of the pros and cons of each college then weight it all up. Which has the most good points? Also, sometimes you can arrange to visit them so maybe you could look into that as well. I know I don't have much experience but I hope that helped :)

Just because you want to be a basket ball player, doesn't mean you wont need numbers. You have to pay bills, work out budgets, your bank balance, salary...all that kind of thing.

Ummm...you could go for dinner somewhere, the movies, go to a friend's and order pizza and watch movies, sleep over at someone's house, have a party if you're allowed, bowling's always fun or if someone has a pool you could go swimming.

My period is very heavy on the first few days. I usually use pads and slender tampons. I was wondering is there any way for me to make me period less heavy? I tried using a 'super' tampon but it hurts because I'm not big enough down there. Is there anything I can do? I'm sick and tired of feeling like I'm wearing a diaper but my period's too heavy for the small tampons.
You could try using the medium size tampon and changing it more frequently. I think there is a pill which you can take to make them less heavy though. Bear in mind that you probably weren't relaxed enough when you tried the super tampon. You were probably too tense which made it hard for it to go in. If you are relaxed, then any size tampon will fit because the vagina is stretchy.
