can the foods you eat affect your skin(acne)? does eating chocolate or greasy foods make you break out? and does makeup make you break out? i heard these were a myth but i think this is true.. well in my case.

My cousin wants to tryout for cheerleading in highschool. She's done it before when she was younger, and can do flips and cartwheels. However, she feels that she "MUST HAVE A BACKHAND SPRING" to make the H.S. squad.

Some teams do require you to have a backhand spring but not all. For confidence she should just have fun and show the judges what she's made of. You should at least say the basics that everyone does. Lies, curses, being jealous, and stuff like that. Also try telling the priest that you aren't sure about everything you have done. Ok, I have this friend and she really lies a lot and like I have told her many times before to be honest and she's like yeah I'm honest! But like 2 other chicks have also been her friends and she's also lied to them. So like now we have formed a group and like we talk to her but we make sure that she never talks to us alone like one to one. Well the only way to tell her to stop is to talk to her alone one on one. It let's you and her know how you both are feeling about this situation. Tell her if she doesn't stop lieing that you're going to dump her. Or show her that lies aren't good. Set something up to teach her a lesson. One of my best friend's brother died in a car crash because of street racing. Tomorrow I am going to his funeral with our friends and to be there for my friend. OK, I have been to funerals a lot so I can help you here. Wear nice clothes. At least the pants should be black if not everything. For a gift you should either bring a mass card or an arrangment of flowers. These are the proper gifts to bring if you are attending a funeral. You are extremely responsable for not being sure about this. It doesn't sound like a good idea. However, if you want to go then go. It is your decision. But make sure you don't regret it. Hi, im starting to like this kid in my class. Theo only problem is i know this other "almost popular" girl who likes him and is having her friends try to get him to go out with her. Whenever they try to ask him he leaves. Hes not really the popular type in all but im starting to like him. The other girl is really nice and funny, but i dont want to let a lot of people know incase she gets mad. There's this girl at my school who's a total bitch and talks about everyone. She always says nasty things about people who aren't just like her and thinks she's so much better than everyone. Just the other day she was making fun of a guy that's in a wheelchair & in the hospital because he's having problems with his lungs. She said "wow what a retard... Why are we wasting our time talking about him?" like it was some big joke. People told her that was REALLY mean but she burst out laughing like it was the funniest thing in the world.

She also found out that me & my friend said something about her.. Now she yells shit at us in the halls & even drew on a picture of us in a classroom. I'm so sick of her acting so childish. We'll both tell her to grow up & get a life but she just keeps on doing it & dragging other people into it. It's getting so irritating and really getting to me.

What am I supposed to do? I can't just ignore it anymore.

The best thing to do is ignore it. Don't care because when you do she'll be meaner. One day a bunch of people (including you) need to go up to her and tell her that it's wrong. She's a biatch that wants attention. But she may have problems. People like her are trying to hide something. So either tell her she can't make fun of people or help her with her problem. i was wondering, why are there so many groups in skool? like preps, goths, punks, metalheads, populars, secondary populars, loners, gunks(a mix of punks and goths), and just "others". it all just creates mayhem, like a popular cant go out with a goth, or they will loose all their friends. i think it is so stupid. can you explain to me why people must insist on putting people in different catigories? does it really matter?

It doesn't matter at all. I am completelty aganist this and so is everyone else in my school. That's why we don't have this. Many teens buy into stero-types and labels. It is pointless just to make people feel worse about themselves or give people big egos. Mostly the so-called "popular" people do this to tell everyone that they are more important when this is totally not true. Make sure you and your friends aviod this egotistic practice.
