Ok I have been trying to convince my parents in getting me a cell phone with minutes..not a plan. but they wont let me! how do I convince them into let me get one! I have saved up 100$ to by the phone I want..Tell me if this is or isnt a fair deal w/ my parents they buy the phone which is 150$ and then I pay for all the other stuff like the 40$ minute cards? is that fair or unfair??? please help me I M 14 and I reallllly want one..and I need one too!!!

You should get a virgin mobile phone. They have some good ones for under a $100. The cheapest phone card is $20. Virgin mobile is pretty cool, you have free roaming and can recieve free text messages. You could buy the phone card and the phone. but just make sure you put at least $20 on the phone every 3 months.

Thats not good. I suggest that you stop perming your hair for a little bit, because the perm weakens the hair folicles. Is your hair getting thinner? That also tends to happen when you perm it alot. Also, you should go to the beauty salon and get your hair done by a professional, if you don't already do it. Go to the beauty supply place and get an anti-breakage formula, I can't remeber the name of it ( sorry that doesn't help) but all I can really advise is stop using less chemicals and heat to your hair, because that breaks it off even more. I did that for about 2 yrs and my hair grew ALOT! If I find out anything else, I'll let you know.

this is a wierd question but ok.. like its hard to explain.. but my vagina is different.. i think? you have the 2 flaps.. and your pee hole and then the sex/tampon/period hole.. but like around the pee hole thingy i have his extra set of flaps.. its soo wierd!! will that effect anything? its just so wierd.. and this is stopping me from like geting fingered and stuff cuz im just scared!! please help

You need to learn more about your body. This is perfectly normal. Every girl is set up like that. Don't be alarmed, it doesn't prevent you from having any type of intercourse. My advice, take a sex eduaction class and see how your body is designed.

I'm a teen girl going through puberty and my private has losened up. I never had sex before so it couldn't have "stretched" that way. Also, around the edges of the viginia it's turning a dark tan color. What is this and is it normal? Also, are there any exercises i can do to tighten it up?

Its perfectly normal. The older you get, the more your vaginal lips move apart. I don't have an expalntion for it, but theres one book I highly reccomend for you if you have anymore questions, and its honestly called "The Period Book". It answers questions such as yours and informs you of how your body will change throughout the course of puberty and beyond. By, the way, there are no exercises to tighten it up, its normal.

I don't think you should dump him. If anything you should help him. I don't have anything against potheads, mind you, some of my friends are, but from what I've seen that stuff can be addicting, and soemtimes it takes alot to admit that you have a problem. At least he did tell you, right? You guys need to sit down and talk things out. Don't be mad at him.

If you guys like each other, go for it! More people are tolerant of interacial dating these days. I would know, I'm black, and alot of the guys I like are white. Don't be afraid of what people will say, who are they to judge? Are you always goung to listen what other people say when it comes to who you want to date? Its up to you to make the finale decision, hes just a person, regardless of skin color. A person with human qualities, some good, some bad. Don't be afraid if you like him.

i just gave birth 5 weeks ago and my disposible stiches are irrating me so much, the dr said it was normal but id like to hear other opinions...also my discharge is really goopy, i think its the disposable-ness of the stiches??? im not sure...help...

Even though I'm a teenage girl and I've never given birth before and I don't plan on doing so ever, I'd say its normal. Your body is healing, and thats bound to happen, and I hear stitches make some people itch, I'm not sure. About the goopy discharge...That may be normal as well, your body may be dispelling excess fluid or maybe even placenta from the child, though I'm not an expert in this, thats what I think, but your best bet is to go to a doctor, or someone you know who has haad a child, to see if the smae thing happened to them for reassurance. And by the way, I don't think your question is gross, I've heard WAY worse.

i've been kinda cutting myself...it was kinda stupid at first but now it's serious. my life is kinda like crap rite now. grades, family, friends, and love...all that jazz. sometimes i feel like i just randomly wann cutt myself. i hate it. i know there is other ways to work it put but i don't wanna talk to my family and i've already talked to my friends. please help me and don't just pick on or make fun of me...really answer this question.

I won't make fun of you, I would never do that, me and some of my friends are going throught the same problems. Cutting, after a while can literally become addicting. You release enzymes every time you cut, and those enzymes become addicting. Its hard to explain, but thats the honest truth. I encourage you to turn all your negative feelings into something beautiful, like poetry or music, or art. Continue to talk with your friends to get things off of your chest. I'm one of the most clammed up people in the world, I have a hard time talking about my feelings, but when I do, I feel a bit better. Just find someone who will listen, and won't judge you, someone your comfortable with to talk to. You can always email me, (I'm having a helluva time IMing people). I appluad the fact that you have already taken steps to help your self, please, continue down that road.

You don't just throw them, you have to pace yourself and line your hands and arms up with where you want the darts to go.Use your eyes as well. Its kinda hard to explain, you just don't throw the darts, you project them at the board. You have to keep your arm and hand straight, relax your shoulders a bit, and project the dart. But thats how I do it, and it works for me, other people may do it differently.

It means when a gorl loses her virginity, her hymen breaks. The term is sometimes applied to guys, but for guys, its just usually busting a nut. I hope I helped you to become more knowledgable of this topic! *lol*.

dear advice giver,
I am 13 years old and I do not like my body. I am young for my grade and I am considered rather small in my grade. But what bothers me the most is that I have no breats. I can't even fit into a size A yet. All my friends have breasts but I am as flat as a cardboard. Consider this, I am a size 34 in sports bras but not the size A to go with it. My mom is a 34B and she says that she grew at a slow rate. Please help.

Don't worry, theres still hope for you yet. You're 13 and your body is still developing. Your friend's bodies are just developing at a different rate. Be patient, becaues when you do get breasts, you get alot of the wrong attention, if you get my drift, and if you're still worried about it, have your mom take you to the doctor to see if anything is wrong.

Alright, my girlfriend just ended her period and we were thinking of sex. I tried to get a condom but with no luck. Now I checked up on it and people say after a period, there is no egg. Pulling out doesn't work. You can still get pregnant, thats a myth, sorry. Theres still sperm in your pre-cum, so the you still have the risk f getting pregnant. A women can get pregnant at just about anytime, so if you guys are going to be having sex, use a contraceptive of some sort.

Well, you did a good thing by admitting your feelings for him, that's good. But do you like him for the person he is, or is it just lust? If its just lust, it may pass soon, but if the feelings are true, go for it. From what it sounds like, its lust. You should let your feelings (emotional) mature for a little bit, and hook up with him. Don't just want him because of his body, that may end up hurting the both of you.

Look at pictures of Cindi lauper or Maddona. Or if your punk, look to the Ramones for inspiration. You could watch movies like the Breakfast Club or The lost Boys to get a good idea on how people then dressesd. Wear a tu-tu, I swear to God that was the thing in the 80's, along with leg warmers. You could frizz your hair or spike it, again, for that punky grundgy look...Thats all I can think of right now, good luck.

You should ignore him. I've had that happen to me, and it is very unpleasant, I know. You could tell him off and embarass him in front of everyone, or, you could sink to his level and start mocking him, I just think you should ignore him.

You should get your parents or legal guardian involved with this. And if you can't do that, tell the adminstration, and have others to back you up on it. Or, to start off with, you yourself could talk with that teacher on your own time, before you really do anything, to see what the problem is. He sounds like a big 'ol meanie, but don't worry, I'm sure you'll persevere.

You should be his friend and be nicer to him. He's going to think that you and everyones else on that bus is a racist. Sure, he may be a bit annoying, it may be because he wants attention because he's lonely. Talk to him, get to know him better, and find the good things about him, and encourage the others to engage in converations with him. I'm not saying you have to be his BEST friend, but make him feel welcomed.

Send demos to record comapnies. See if there are any small record labels in your area. Or try to get her band a gig at a club, or party, and spread the word about her voice. See if you can get a family memeber to pull some strings if they're in the music industry. I think I may be able to give you info on some underground record companies, just let me know if you want the info or not, and I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible. I hope things work out.
