whats wrong with me?
dear advice giver,
I am 13 years old and I do not like my body. I am young for my grade and I am considered rather small in my grade. But what bothers me the most is that I have no breats. I can't even fit into a size A yet. All my friends have breasts but I am as flat as a cardboard. Consider this, I am a size 34 in sports bras but not the size A to go with it. My mom is a 34B and she says that she grew at a slow rate. Please help.

I know this sounds dumb but i heard that if u stuff your boobs grow faster. thats just my theory.all my friends boobs are bigger than mine too but im just glad that i at least have some.im a size 38a i think....

Hey don't worry, you're breasts will eventually grow! Mine are just starting to grow and I'm 14! Some girls develop early and some develop late! If you want to make them appear bigger, stuff your bra or buy a padded bra but those are two things that you don't want to do because people will then know you stuff! The only thing you can do is wait and be patient! Hope I helped :)

It is OKAY!!! I promise! I was the same way and now...going on DD. It sucks. Enjoy it for now, you don't need them. They get in the way, you always have stains on your shirt right there because whatever food doesn't make it in your mouth ends up on your boobs... don't worry. Let nature take it's path and you'll be 1000 times bigger and more gorgeous than anyone!

Sweetie, ur only 13. I PROMISE you'll get them soon enough & they can be a pain in the tail! Yeah, guys will stare more but you'll get used to it. But like your mom said, if she grew slow, then you're going to grow slow. It's just heredity & yes, it sucks.

Don't worry, theres still hope for you yet. You're 13 and your body is still developing. Your friend's bodies are just developing at a different rate. Be patient, becaues when you do get breasts, you get alot of the wrong attention, if you get my drift, and if you're still worried about it, have your mom take you to the doctor to see if anything is wrong.

There's nothing you can really do to enhance the speed of your growing. Grasp the concept that everybody is different. I know a girl in high school who is 16 and still has no breasts. You'll grow, and begin to develop more. Some people hit puberty as late as 17. There's nothing to be worried about. But if you're extremely annoyed and want to look a little more fuller up top...consider finding bras with a little more padding.

I don't know how you would feel. I am 13 and I am already in a C but just give this time. Have you had your period yet? Because if you haven't when you get your breasts will grow, just be happy be happy with yourself and in time you will get them. Hope I helped.

AWWWW, small breasts are so damn annoying but you're mum... well it sounds like you are just like her. You will grow slowly- they will come but slowly. Well firstly do you have your period- if you don't that would explain a lot- They will grow but in the mean time you will just have to be patient with yourslef and wait

It's okay. If you want, you could buy a push-up bra. I don't reccomend stuffing, because that can be really bad. You don't want the stuff to fall out do you? You will get breasts. It's not the end of the world. I'm sure that there are TONS of girls who develop slowly. I promise, it's okay, and just wait. Soon, you WILL have breasts! And if you don't want to wait, you can go buy a push-up bra.

I am EXACLTY like you. I'm 14 and my breasts are still F-L-A-T!! Don't worry, you're day will come. For now just enjoy being flat. Because breasts stink! It's harder to play sports and they always hurt if you get bumped. They'll grow soon, and there is NOTHING wrong with you.

I'm not really sure what breats are, but if you mean breasts, then I can help you. Well the only way to grow faster is by being fake.
~Stuffing your bra
~getting plastic surgery
~getting a shot (they have shots that make your boobs grow, and that make you taller)
Or you can do the normal thing and wait until they grow. There is no way to make your breasts grow faster without doing something fake. It's not that big of a deal, and if your mom is only a 34B, then your chances of having big breasts aren't very high. Breasts aren't all guys look at, and the bigger they are, the more your back hurts, and the more uncomfortable your bra feels, and the bigger shirt size you need. Talk to your doctor, she can help you figure it out. Flat as cardboard? That's a new one.

hey girl, trust me, you will eventually grow into your body, it may take awhile but eventually you will, and probably a knock out to all of the guys! lol, plus..breast arent all that great, they get in the way so much and its pain running with them, be lucky you are small! But by the end of highschool you will grow into your body so dont rush yourself! alright, i know that probably didnt help but it might make you feel better! good luck!

You can't help your body. If your mom grew at a slow rate, you probably will too. You are only 13, give yourself some time to grow and mature. If you don't get any breasts, then thats what was intended for you. Embrace that and show off some of your other features or wear shirts that don't try to show something you don't have. Just work with what you can.
