heu guys! any help would be appreciated... for the past couple months i've been getting really bad headaches, and it hurts to look at light or hear noises and stuff. Well I think they might be migraines. I try to tell mom but she won't listen. Is there anything i can do at home to make them better? and medicine doesn't work... (link)

Maybe you have a vision problem. Girls who get a lot of headaches may have vision problems. Take an eye check, or take advil if it isn't a vision thing.

Darker colors. I wouldn't do yellow. But like, blue would look beautiful, and so would different shades of purple. You can't complete nail polish with out GLITTER!! (u dont have to tho) Good luck,

O.K. This is sad and I have no idea what to do. My best friend, Haley, wants to kill herself. She's never met her dad and her 200 pound 7 year old brother gets all the attention and her mom's a total slut. She gets books about death and she's writing letters to the devil and God. I don't know what to do about her. She's threatened me that she will kill herself and it scares me that she will. I don't know what to say or think about this. We met last year but got really close. She's two years older than me and I could really use advice on what to tell her. I need help, or my friend does. Please don't be sarcastic about this because I'm scared and you will only make it worse by replying rusely. Anyone who answers nicely, I'll love you forever.

Talk to her as much as possible. Tell her how much she means to you and how special she is. Let her know that even if her family is "different" that she still has friends and relatives who love her. Tell her this "Soinso, if you do this it will ruin me. It will be very selfish, because your mom and brother and dad do love you. I love you, please, just ignore your family, and call me when you're having a bad day". Just keep talking to her and invite her over maybe. Sh'll realize how much you love her.

Go to your public library or bookstore and ask the librarian if they have books about it. I know I read one. I don't think it costs money, but I'm really not sure, it could. You could also search online for publishing books. I know there's good info. Good luck!

Well, if he's going out with your BFF, then you really can't o much. You can talk to your friend about it. Or go up to your ex and maybe be friends. Did you know that the best relationships evolve from friendship??? Don't let it bother you, because someday you'll find somebody just right for you. Obiously, he wasn't. I'm not trying to control you, but I think you should wait. You're still a little young. If you become pregnant, kids will tease you. You should know the guy REALLY well enough to have sex. But if you really feel you're ready, then do it.

Hello. Um, I have a problem with this guy who lives in my neighborhood. Everyday he harasses me sexually. I've tried telling the police, but they said without hard evidence they couldn't do anything. I'm sort of a feminist, so something like this shouldn't be a problem for me. But, I'm too afraid to tell my friends or family. I'm 16 and he's like, 25. So, I know it's illegal.

When someone touches you, and makes you feel uncomfortable, you need to tell somebody, because that's not right. You really need to tell your parents. Maybe yur friends too. If you don't like something, tell someone. You can't keep your problems to yourself.

I don't eat. Is that retarded? No. It's not. I'm happy all of the time at school, and then I'm sad and "depressed" at home. I get mad at my parents a lot, I don't smile. At school, I'm happy all the time, people tell me I laugh a lot, and then i just smile all the time. I'm really sensitive: ex) I once saw a homeless man in front of the subway station. I gave him 5 bucks, and he said happy holidays. I turned around and said happy holdidays to you too. then i went into the subway station, saw one of my friends, and started crying into his shoulders. After like, 6 stops, I stopped, and he asked me what was the matter, and I told him everything. Then I said i was sad cause the guy WASN'T going to have a happy holiday. The next day, i went back with my friend and he held my hand and everything, and we gave the homeless man 10 dollars with a post it attached that gave him the address of a nearby soup kitchen. He said bless you. And then I started crying all over again. How messed up am I? (link)

Sorry, but you really can't get rid of it quick. But you could try putting ice on it, or maybe blending it with amke up or powder. Try wearing a turtle neck, and wear them until it goes away. If they find out, just explain that you love each other and it won't get any bigger than this.

There's this guy at my school that I really like, and think I am in love with (I have thought this for YEARS). But I'm afraid to start anything with him because he has kind of been the center of many jokes between me and my friends, and he's not exactly the hottest guy on earth lol. let me ask you one question. Why do you care what other people think about who you love?? Are you gonna let someone control your life?? I think you should go for it, because it's who you "love"!! If you let people control you, it's a huge mistake, trust me. If your friends give you a hard time, just shrug and say, whatever, i like him, he's cool.
