Karen answered Friday August 13 2004, 5:56 pm: You can eat salads (fruit salads), fruits (apples, pears, peaches, plums, etc.), vegetables with dip (carrots and celery with peanut butter or ranch dip). *tasha* answered Friday August 13 2004, 5:53 pm: Try makin smoothies and veggies and stuff...i like to eat cellery w/ ranch!i eat that a lot.I also make smoothies.It has some sugar but it can be pretty healthy.Just put fruit (strawberrys,peaches,grapes,etc.)in a blender and its really good!ihope i helped.GOOD LUCK!
