theres this one kid on my bus and hes mexican. i have nothing agains mexicans but he is really annoying. but i feel bad 4 him kas he gets harrasses so bad on the bus. every one makes fun of him. i laugh at it sometimes because it is a little funny but i still feel bad. what can i do to stop them frim makin fun of him?

You should be his friend and be nicer to him. He's going to think that you and everyones else on that bus is a racist. Sure, he may be a bit annoying, it may be because he wants attention because he's lonely. Talk to him, get to know him better, and find the good things about him, and encourage the others to engage in converations with him. I'm not saying you have to be his BEST friend, but make him feel welcomed.

If you are laughing at him then that makes you a racist, and just as bad as the other kids... next time they tease him just go- That's so not funny, and just dont' join in with their racisms. Maybe you could make friends with him and he'll invite you around for some nachos. Then your little friends on the school bus won't be laughing.

*I have the same problem!! You can't stop everyone from making fun of other people though. You can't really do anything about it, unless you wanna talk to him and stuff, but then you have the risk of him thinking of you as a friend and following you around..I think you should just let it go =/..

i have the same problem at my school. there is nothing you can do. this kid brings it appound himself. you need to not get envoled, because if you stick up for him once you never no if he will start haning around with you all the time. dont stress about it. hope i helped!

Well shame on you for laughing at something like that! Just because he is mexican doesnt mean other people have the right to pick on him! Is it because he is mexican or something else. He just needs a friend when he acts annoying he is trying to make friend the only way he knows how so u need to be nice to him. I know that sometimes it is very hard to be friends with someone u get annoyed by but just try and u will be amazed at the difference you've made!!! XOXOXO

Stand up for him? Dur. Regardless if he's annoying or not, most of the time, really annoying people are only like that, because they don't know how else to defend themselves. The don't realize if they'd only be themselves that people like them, therefore, they figure they might as well make everyone else miserable in the process of you making him miserable. Trust me, it makes sense. I went through it last year, I was such a bitch to these senior guys because they loved harrassing me about my views on liberalism. So eventually, I got so annoying without realizing it. This kid needs a friend. If people can't see that, they need to get a reality check. There are no statuses, it's just people, damn.
